Nice livechat tonight! Nice updates to this old place on a budget, pretty much without destroying the originality. The inspirational (gaslight) messages, that are popular these days plastered all over the walls I can definitely do without. At my perspective they kinda insult, as if I'm empty headed, incapable of thought and reason. Thanks for the tour Ontario! 🤠👍
Since when is it the renters responsibility to do repairs and maintenance on property they don’t own?? That is the landlords responsibility. What a shame-nice house to just be left to decay.
My Grandparents leased an old dairy farm - 33 acres just outside of Louisville KY in the early 60s - My Grandmother , Jerry Redding , converted it into a public horse boarding stable and she raised American Quarter Horses and hosted AAA rated Quarter Horse Shows for many yrs - In the mid 90s the land was developed - the rent ? $350 a month - My Grandpa never called them about maintenance issues - not even once - the rent hadn't been raised in 20+ yrs - Cane Run Farm - if reality TV had been a thing it would have been Swamp People , American Idol, Pawn Stars , and Lonesome Dove rolled into one - Not kidding

Totally Agree; 'Hopefully something is done soon to save this beautiful home'....
NICE video man, glad it was open!!
I would love to have that house! Love old farmhouses!
Nice house, hope it gets saved.
Really nice house! Too bad it was abandoned and the roof was not replaced.

Not kidding
WHY would the owner expect a renter to repair the roof to a home they don't own🤔
