    You say there are two types of release and then talk about two of the extremes. Would love to see a video where you analyze the majority of each group to get standard averages rather than outliers

    Really informative, do you have some way to actually measure grip pressure. So many myths also out there. Does option A allow you to use more grip pressure or larger grips?
