Thanks soooo much! I’ve got a row of about 5 healthy perpetual choke plants with an overload abundance of chokes a comin’ on! This will be a perfect way to preserve some of them... I’ll probably cut some of the smaller ones and preserve the whole choke: leaves, choke and hearts... When the small chokes are fresh off the plant the whole thing is tender and wonderfully delicious... Thanks again! BTW: Loved Credence playing in the background!

I'm curious about making baby artichoke hearts not in oil? When I buy them I'm a can it says water, salt, and citrus acid, does that mean just lemon juice?
