Love your choice of coloured paper. I'm thinking of getting my first filofax, any tips where to buy for my first time. Never had one but think instead of using a dairy which just ends in complete mess think a filofax would be much better. Thanks. Em. X
emma penny Speedy Hen has some really good priced ones! To start out I'd recommend a Saffiano Filofax, they are cheaper and the quality is great! They also don't scratch easily which is a bonus :) Also if you are on Facebook, join some filofaxing groups, there's lots on there, and they are a great place to ask questions, and get inspired! :) Good luck and enjoy!! These are lovely, I've been hand cutting my dividers are the finish is never quite perfect. I think I need a guillotine like yours. The heart divider is super cute!
acmh10 It's actually my mums haha, I've been trying to find my own for ages! But I can't find this one anywhere. It's by a brand called x-cut though :) X
I have a question when it comes to planner dividers. When I make my own, I end up having to make the actual "page" of the divider more narrower, because if I don't, when I insert it in my planner, the tabs stick out too far and I am unable to close the snap on the front cover. I also notice when the tabbed dividers are placed towards the back of the planner, they stick out less. I think it all has to do with how stuffed planner is and where the dividers are placed. I really don't like how the pages look because they are not as wide as all the other pages in the planner. I hope this makes sense, and if anyone has any solutions, PLEASE help.
This is such a cute idea. I like it better than the other dividers
SO much easier than the square or rounded square tabs. Thank you!!
No problem! :)
What a cute and creative way of making dividers! Loved it! Also great choice for the paper 😘😘
