just gonna say it, if the new album we're supposed to get this year gets delayed to next year, they should take all the Selfie Cam Jam audio and turn that into an album, then donate the profits from it to the various charities they've been helping during this time
I saw BNL when they played at Niagara University back in the 90s. Best $10 I ever spent...it was about a week after they filmed their appearance on Beverly Hills 90210. They were big regionally, but after that show aired, well, they got a much bigger following. One of the best concerts ever.
Needs more Page. That said, thanks for doing these. You guys have always been so generous with your time and talents to help out various charities. I love seeing you frequent Dream Serenade.
Thank you guys for getting together-apart for the #SelfieCamJams and bringing attention to so many worthy charities. Y'all are awesome, amazing and so much fun. I hope you have a good supply of Kraft dinners and special gourmet ketchup. Request for "One Week" sometime soon, please. It's my daughter's favourite. ❤
These have made staying at home so much easier. Thanks for making them. And a special thanks for taking part in the ADHS video for the students. I'd like to vote for McDonald's Girl next. I haven't heard that song in years!
How cool is that. Snowy lake, rooftop bass with quaint houses and solar panels, a guy loving the drums, piano, etc. Its is good as it gets. And I agree; one of the greatest BNL songs of all time. Certainly my favorite.
My last wish on this Earth is to see Steven Page , Ed Robertson, Kevin hearn, Tyler Stewart, Jim creeggan And Andy creeggan sing together in this pandemic in a selfie cam jam 🙏🙏 do it for all your fans , you guys got us though the most toughest times in our lives. We need you guys more than ever. Plz plz
I don't know if this was intentional, but I loved that the four guys (and their filming locations) represented the four seasons: Ed is winter; Tyler is summer; Kevin is spring; Andy is fall. I really enjoyed this!
I close my eyes and remember playing the blue CD with the captains steering wheel on my boom box. This entire project is wrapped in passion and nostalgia. Well done lads. I knew you were all special when I first listened to you
I'm 48 now Last fall i took the girfriend where i grew up The apt was still there The super asked if i was there for a viewing I told her i lived there 30+ years ago..She let us view the place...Showing the girlfriend the cubby space i played in I retched up and found a Matchbox car my dad gave me on my 11th birthday sitting on a wood frame Tears in my eyes (Dad passed just a month afterwards) Every time i heard this song It would remind me of a happier time
Im constantly amazed at the production quality of these videos. After seeing so many 'top-tier' mainstream latenight hosts and other celebs just failing at setting up basic audio solutions to the point they just decide, 'well my laptop has a mic and camera, right, it'll be fine', makes seeing these moments of pure competence and execution all the more sweet. Its almost as good as the studio tracked version to my plebeian ears. Now Im curious to know if they arrange a livestream meetup, or if they record independently, and stitch it together, after. Either way, sublime. Now do Enid.
Funny you say this, I've been recoding drum videos using only my Android and the reply hasn't been nearly as bad as I first thought it would. Simply, sometimes is the key!
Thanks for that one time you commented on one of my insta posts and told me to let the music crawl over me like a bunch of caterpillars, you weird as hell & awesome pianist! I'll never forget it, lol. I grew up on your guys' music, and I remember being so freaked out by Stunt's album art the first time that I saw it. Listening to Pinch Me has been getting me through this quarantine.
My favourite song of yours. You guys are great musicians. This cannot but put a smile on everyone’s face. From one person who grew up in Scarborough to you guys, stay safe. Cheers.
This shall always be my all time favorite song from y'all. Second only to your original low-fi video of Lovers in a dangerous time because it pays tribute to Bruce Cockburn. Like yourselves, he is a Canadian Treasure to be sure.
Hey BNL.....We’re scheduled to see you in St Augustine, FL in just over a month, in June! I’m not holding my breath, but boy, I sure wish the show happens! Stay safe!
Absolutely brilliant. We are watching from the UK and really pleased you are all enjoying making music to keep us entertained. Off to find the Brittany rap from one of your concerts we went to to show my kids ;-)
Thanks so much for doing this. Keeps me from going as crazy. Most fun concert I ever attended (with my daughter who also loves you) was last year in Indy with Hootie and hope you still make the 5 July show!
Absolutely love this! So glad you guys are doing these, really helps to keep my spirits up! Don't know if you're taking requests, but I would love to hear The Township of King, a new favorite! Thanks for the music!
Love you guys beyond belief. Time for us all to heal after this virus put us all in perspective. Let’s bring steve home, tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, family need to be together. Thanks for your music as always!
Looks like they're all playing in different seasons! Ed's in winter, Tyler's in summer (he looks dressed for it, anyway), Jim is in fall, and I guess that's spring Kevin's in.
Thank you and keep them coming. More than anything right now, your videos keep me remembering that we are ALL going through the same thing. How about a deep cut like "Nighttime Photographs" or "Fight the Power"?
Hot damn boys! I have been waiting for this one. Well done. You just keep making me smile and for that I say thank you. BNL is the best band EVAAAAaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! Rock on.
I just read up that the band made it's first break on Speaker's Corner. Man - I forgot Speaker's Corner existed - but it was hilarious the things people would do there and have it wind up on Much Music.
this is the most canadian thing ever, the barenaked ladies playing classics from a rooftop, a backyard, an office and a frozen lake
YES!!!! Love this country! love these guys, just love all of y'all.
Like a maple covered moose in line at a Tim Horton's
I just love these!!! They make my week!!
Love it
You Canadians are too cool.
Kevin Hearn is the nicest guy, he left a journal in my store and I got it back to him. He was a loyal customer ever since.
just gonna say it, if the new album we're supposed to get this year gets delayed to next year, they should take all the Selfie Cam Jam audio and turn that into an album, then donate the profits from it to the various charities they've been helping during this time
I'd love to see that even if the album doesn't get delayed ; )
Excellent IDEA!
An absolutely brilliant idea that I bet the band would be totally behind doing.

One of my absolute favorite songs of yours.
Wasn't expecting all the beards.
Probably my most favorite song of theirs!!!
I'm in this line! #Favorites!
White beards, at that!
Ed’s paying homage to Kenny Rogers with that beard.
Steven or not, I'm loving this. Great job guys! On a side note, Ed Robertson you are looking fine 😉
Needs more Page. That said, thanks for doing these. You guys have always been so generous with your time and talents to help out various charities. I love seeing you frequent Dream Serenade.

One of my all-time favorites! Thanks guys!
Thanks BNL for keeping up our spirits!
If there was ever a format to get Page involved, this is it!!
Ed, call him and do a version of this...
These have made staying at home so much easier. Thanks for making them. And a special thanks for taking part in the ADHS video for the students. I'd like to vote for McDonald's Girl next. I haven't heard that song in years!

Thank you!!!! 20 years ago you and DMB got me through some rough times. So glad to see you again

katrina singer not the same without Steven singing lead on this song 😔
@@therobnest no it isn't.
"Light Up My Room" !!!!! :) You guys are awesome. Keep it up!
Love it!!
BNL, you guys rock! Nostalgia on top of nostalgia, I like it! Have a great Monday everyone! Be safe!
This has been my favorite out of all the selfiecamjams.
these SelfieCamJams are the only thing giving me home omg these are the best just the best
Oh, I've always loved this one. It speaks so strongly of nostalgia. Thanks for sharing in this time!
I don't know if this was intentional, but I loved that the four guys (and their filming locations) represented the four seasons: Ed is winter; Tyler is summer; Kevin is spring; Andy is fall.
I really enjoyed this!
This really is a fantastic bit of community service. Thank you gentlemen.
My favorite of your jams! Thanks from NJ, USA!
I close my eyes and remember playing the blue CD with the captains steering wheel on my boom box. This entire project is wrapped in passion and nostalgia. Well done lads. I knew you were all special when I first listened to you
One of my favorite songs. I needed this today, guys! THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH. May God bless you all and keep us all safe, even in our own Old Apartments.
Was waiting for this one, thanks gents!
Nice to see Page on the KD commercial!! Never say never. Friusciante just rejoined the RHCPs.
Thank you. Brings back good memories :)
I been checking every post for this one. Thank you. Thank you

i'm sorry to hear your dad passed but at least you can remember the good times you had with him
Wow. Thats awesome that you got to do that.
Thank you for all that you do - Don't Stop !
Thanks for doing this guys. Sounds great!
Giving me a lot of joy. Thanks!
So good! Thank you for sharing this with us….. the world ….. your fans….. even in New Zealand….
My heart was absolutely not prepared for this.

This is the definition of a band! You guys rock
It's been many years since we met in Denver.
We're getting old ...but this song never will.
Looking Good Guy's
My favourite song of yours. You guys are great musicians. This cannot but put a smile on everyone’s face. From one person who grew up in Scarborough to you guys, stay safe.
Cheers.
These videos are like one of my favourite things right about now ! BNL forever
I like the touch of playing outside with this song. Kinda hard to drag a piano outside. Thanx guys! Good stuff, good hearts.
After all this time, STILL my all time favorite song by these guys. Hands down.
My favorite BNL song. Nice version. Loved it.
Thank you. These are almost as much fun as seeing live on stage.
Awesome! One of my favorite bands of all time.
You guys are so awesome ...i always have been a fan, you have inspired me and so many other others. Thanks for it all guy's!!!
Been jammin' along to all the SCJ's with my guitar! Luv it! Thnx guys 😀😀

You guys are so awesome. Thank you so much.
So awesome. The song, the scenery, everything. Love it.

These have been so fantastic. Thank you BNL!
These are truly the highlight of my weeks. Thank you.
Hey BNL.....We’re scheduled to see you in St Augustine, FL in just over a month, in June! I’m not holding my breath, but boy, I sure wish the show happens! Stay safe!
I'm 70. US. Not Canadian. But I Love These Guys more than the Beatles and Chuck Berry. They took it to another level. And, yes. Miss Steven, too.
One of my most fave BNL songs!
Another fantastic song!
I am so excited about this! One of my absolute favorite songs--thank you guys for doing this.

Well, thank you for the confirmation that you are indeed in Canada, with the mid-April frozen lake and all...
Loving these selfiecamjams!!!

Love you guys beyond belief. Time for us all to heal after this virus put us all in perspective. Let’s bring steve home, tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, family need to be together. Thanks for your music as always!
A definite fave! Thank you BNL!
Good to see and hear some raw power back in this song. They haven’t hit it this hard in a while. Sounded like 1997 for a minute.
Great tune! Still strumming along in 2021!
Looks like they're all playing in different seasons! Ed's in winter, Tyler's in summer (he looks dressed for it, anyway), Jim is in fall, and I guess that's spring Kevin's in.
Yea, I like the backgrounds in this music video!
This song made me pick up my guitar n play... its been years.. this is where " I " used to live.. thanks for jam
Great job, guys! Very entertaining, perfect for the times and a most worthy cause.
one of my first favorites!
Thanks! 🧡 love you guys 🥌🥅🍺
Miss Steven page on this song more than most
Justin Phillips I don’t understand why he wasn’t invited back in the band after their reunion performance at the Canadian Hall of Fame
If you listen REALLY carefully, you can hear Steven's harmony throughout the tune. It would not sound the same without it.
@@SomeAcountWithNoVids Egos.
@@damienallbran He stated several times on record he is open to getting back together. But the butthurt remains and we fans pay the price.
When I Mother Earth got back together was the best show I’ve ever seen
Thank you and keep them coming. More than anything right now, your videos keep me remembering that we are ALL going through the same thing. How about a deep cut like "Nighttime Photographs" or "Fight the Power"?
If an album of these songs where funds are donated isnt made....missed opportunity, just saying!! Always look forward to these selfiecamjams!!
Would LOVE to see Her life in a Nutshell!!! Love you guys even more for doing these! Amazing!
Just saw you are playing in NY in July!!! I can't wait! I'll be there for sure, first time to get to see you live!!!
Thank you for doing these ❤️
that sounded great. One of my favorites. thanks boys keep em coming.
Hot damn boys! I have been waiting for this one. Well done. You just keep making me smile and for that I say thank you. BNL is the best band EVAAAAaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! Rock on.
