    Rings have changed the game for me. Now doing push ups with rings wearing weighted vest. It's literally changed the game for me! My chest has come up so much in past year.

    I did my first full body weight workout with the app today... I fell asleep like a baby during my lunch break!
    One thing tho, how do I know what height to set my rings, and how will I know the next time what height to set the rings for the same exercise?

      Glad you’re enjoying the app muchacho and that’s a great question… for height of rings I use the following as markers
      - Above head
      - Eye Level
      - Chest Level
      - Hip Level
      - Knee Level
      - Ankle Level

  • @patriclarsson7947

    My chest will always be awful, but that's cause my bone structure and it sucks. My chest from neck to sternum is kinda angled inwards especially at the sternum.
    But then again from some angles it looks like complete garbage but then other angles it looks bigger, like from the side on the pecs.
    The angle of my chest and how my bone structure is, probably changes where most load is put on the muscle during an exercise, but it is what it is.
    There are surgeries available putting in metal rods behind the ribcage to push it outwards, but 6+ months recovery no training and probably limited mobility so asthetics is not for me, so ill just do the best i can with what i got. 💪
    Also i just end my workouts with some sets of wide pushups on the floor, maybe i should test if strong enough to do them on rings 🤔

    • @vincentwesterhuis7151
      @vincentwesterhuis7151 Рік тому +1

      Maybe you could check out the so-called Dutch Giant. He started out with an inwardly inclined sternum, but developed an impressive physique eventually.

      Long sleeves

    • @oldwaltonian2476
      @oldwaltonian2476 Рік тому +2

      Long sleeves is indeed one solution, as the Ring-Meister himself advises. However, you may also want to try doing the pushups with the rings on the INSIDES of your arms, rather than the usual outside-of-the-arms version. The only problem I have personally found with this method is that it makes the push-up even harder!
