My four: (1) Practice deep breathing throughout the day, especially during cooldowns to manage stress and improve mobility/flexibility (2) Go outside a few times during the day to get the different colors of sunlight and use electronics as minimally as possible once the sunlight is gone (3) Hydrate with water and eat as clean as possible (4) Perform doable movement snacks during the day and train fun skills during dedicated training sessions, which for me involve rings, kettlebells, and club bells

I actually have three though they're basically in line with what you said, Tao. 1. Exercise - Pick exercises you enjoy but are also effective. And if you like, keep it simple. There's no need to overcomplicate things. 2. Rest - Muscles are not actually made in the gym. Rather they're built outside of it. Exercise is great. But if you don't give your muscles time to recover, you're wasting your time. Or worse, you're only hurting yourself. 3. Diet - Pick nutrient-rich foods that you find enjoyable to eat. Proteins should be numero uno. But that does not excuse neglecting other nutrients like fiber, vitamins, minerals, etc. Think of this like a stool. A stool has three legs. If one is strong and the other two are weak, the whole seat will break down.

Very true. When I was younger I thought sleep and recovery didn't matter. I would prioritize workouts over adequate sleep.
