Thanks very much Grisha! All that information was very helpful, especially on your nail care. As I am getting older my natural nails are no longer serving me well and I think it's time to consider a different solution. I am a steel string finger style player and steel strings are very hard on my nails. I will try the nails you have suggested and the adhesive. Thanks again for being so very kind in sharing great tips that you have learned along the way. Your playing is superb and quite inspiring!

For guitarist who learn by watching, go to the lower right hand corner of your UA-cam screen. You'll see an icon that looks like a six sided gear. Click on that. Settings options will appear to give choices. Click on playback speed and you'll have choices to slow down video and sound without pitch change. Its pretty good quality and useful. Don't forget to return to normal play back speed when you're done , otherwise the next computer user isn't tearing their hair out. Ask me how I know! Nice that you're answering questions. Thanks. :)

Maestro. I used to have weak nails and the solution have been simple:
1- Never use nail clippers. Instead just sand your nails.
2- Use this product that is for hair grow, one drop per nail on your cuticles: Minoxidil. A dermatologist subjected to me.
3- Don’t wash your hands often, unless your are eating. Humidity is a killer for nails.

I use D'Addario Pro Arte Nylon Core Silverplated Wound Medium tension EJ45. I think the reason that the strings are a little bit to high it's because i'm the bridge the White thing Made of bone i think it's too high compared with My other 2 classic guitars. What should i do. Sand down that White piece of the bridge or live it like that since i'm using medium tension EJ45 D'Addario Pro Arte Nylon Core Silverplated Wound strings.
