3:57 All I wanted to say is that the bass note changes according to the pattern, and it is important to practice hitting different strings on demand. 12:40 Should be 4th finger 4th fret instead of the 3rd finger 3rd fret. Got confused with slow explanation and lost track of the position in the falseta. 12:57 - 13:08 Only the first note of every new string is plucked in that descending run, all others are played with pull-offs.
Thanks so much for this! I played this section of your live version of Almoraima this morning to my friend in the car, not knowing you had uploaded this lesson only 3h prior!
I watched you play this at full speed in another video. When you first did the alzapua, I paused the video and said “I’ve been playing guitar for over 20 years, and I have NO idea how he just did that!” Thank you Grisha for not only being an amazing player, but a very gifted teacher!
I will never be able to play like this but i watch this for tips playing classical guitar. But even.more, i love to see a master of his instrument in action. Superb.
Dios te bendiga, maestro Grisha. You are the only guitarist in the world capable of playing this music (for now): now it´s up to us to practice it and playing it live
Hello Grisha, I am writing to you from Madrid, Spain. I just discovered you and read your biography. I have a lot of admiration for how you became a teacher based on a lot of effort, study and courage. I am 51 years old and I listened to Paco from a very young age, he played but I never had a teacher, I am very grateful to you for explaining this falseta in such a simple way. I send you a big hug wishing you much success.
Holy crap! I didn't really realize how complex this was until you played it at 80 bpm, amazing tutorial, Almoraima is my favorite album and la Cueva del Gato my favorite piece, but I won't be playing any of this anytime soon unless I start practicing 40 hours a day!
Este hombre es impresionante! Es uno de los mejores guitarristas del mundo, y enseña como nadie... comparte gratis, que maravilla... encontrar esto en Internet es un tesoro! Gracias Master eres genial! This guy is awesome, one of the best guitar players currently, and he's so humble that shares this for free, what a incredible experience found this in internet! What a treasure! Thanks master you're a genius!🔥🎸
My favorite part of my favorite flamenco piece! I remember the first time i watched you play almoraima on GSI channel it was totally mind blowing. Thanks for this tutorial i hope i will play it one day ❤
Thanks to you, in July 2019 I’ve transcribed this part better then solely by Paco’s studio version. It was when I started to study more seriously the flamenco guitar, when I’ve discovered you and looked for more videos. Today I have a proper luthier instrument and finishing a Concerto for String Orchestra and flamenco guitar. Cheers, man! I would love to get in touch some day, take a class maybe. It’s awesome this move from you with improvement on your channel and didactic video. The best Regards! :)
Bonne chance a toi 👍
Ole maestro Grisha, saludos from Brazil! (: These videos are amazing, can't thank you enough for them! If possible in the future, could you do a tutorial on the alzapua and golpe sections of Paco's Montiño? That piece is so beautiful, I consider it one of the most "complete" works by Paco!
Amazingly clear and well articulated lesson thank you, just one request; please turn the volume of the guitar up or the voice down when demonstrating and speaking as the vocal mic is much much louder than the guitar and buries the details of what you're playing. Thank you
Ah yes, this part - the one that sounds impossible! I have wondered for a while what notes are actually being played here, at performance tempo it all goes by too fast! Thanks as always for sharing your knowledge.

Thank you so much for these tutorials Grisha! I am very grateful and they have helped me very much. Do you still have your bear claw spruce negra with the circles rosette? Just wondering because you sound so amazing on it. I think that's my favorite Malaguena video of course you always play it wonderfully I just love the velvet brightness and snare drum snap of that one so much. Truly remarkable alchemy of artist and instrument!
@@Grisha_Goryachev well, one video was the 2015 guitar virtuosos at Tchaikovsky Hall. But I do love this blanca as well. It sounds like buttery maple syrup if buttery maple syrup had a sound! 🤣

Hello Grisha! In this video you are using P İ and A fingers when you are performing triple rasguedo. Are you always do it the same way or do you change it at different situations?
Thank you for the vedio I have a question please I am training on this right now and I am facing difficulty with alzapua The question is:how long should the nail of the thumb be in order to play the alzapua fluently?
I know the struggle and I would say it comes with practice but like Grisha says, raising the elbow helps but also going as far as raising my wrist, hand and fingers, rolling onto and applying pressure with the very tips of my fingers and nails of my ring and pinky on the strings has helped me get more reach for my middle finger. Also if you havent tried, Paco plays this with a capo on the 2nd fret which gives you more reach because of the shorter fret spacing
Internet is so wonderful that we can get at home a detailed explanation of how to do alzapua from an absolute master like you. Thanks, maestro.
Estos tutoriales valen oro.

How is called this technique with left hand playing? I saw you few times to pull string with left hand pinky
Thank you for the vedio I have a question please
I am training on this right now and I am facing difficulty with alzapua
The question is:how long should the nail of the thumb be in order to play the alzapua fluently?
this is differrent from cepa andaluza's version right? in both compas and notes they are a little diferrent right?
I have issues with the stretch of my middle finger to 4th fret while the ring and pinky are on the 3rd fret 2nd and 3rd string.
How do get your thumbstrokes to sound so buzzy? Its such a cool sound.
Oh is it this "from the air technique" does this create that sound?
Здравствуйте.....Кто подскажет откуда можно найти табы таких испалнении..?
