Really loved it, I'm age 62, practiced yoga off and on since the 70s, I lost 60 lbs and havent done any form of exercise for a year, besides some walking. Very enjoyable, thanks! Julie H

After a week of fatigue & takiing it slow recovering from covid vaccine dose 2, I did this class last night, & it was exactly what I needed to get moving! It was a great, feel good flow. Thank you! 💗🕉

Hey John, you don't have to some people like to wear yoga socks etc, but it's certainly a lot easier for fluent movement. Being bare foot also allows better contact with the mat helping with balance, stability and grip, hope that all makes sense. Namaste, Candace 😊🙏🏼
