I agree and first impression means everything and to forget the bread on the chicken is crazy. Your mind gotta be on the order not your grand opining or worried about receiving praise for it. He also was using too many curse words off top ,to be on UA-cam or at the service window. It sounds like he knew the customer but still not professional at all to others that are going to be standing in your line listening. Wishing them much success.
