- ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 11, 2018) The Freedom variant littoral combat ship USS Milwaukee (LCS 5) fires an AGM-114L Longbow Hellfire missile during a live-fire missile exercise off the coast of Virginia, May 11, 2018.
Milwaukee fired four Longbow Hellfire missiles that successfully struck fast inshore attack craft targets during a complex warfighting environment utilizing radar and other systems to track the targets.

It looks like they missed the boat unless there were two traveling one behind the other. The video shows the boat not moving but it was still there, unless they fired something that exploded above the boat which would explain the boat intact but no occupants in the boat. The other two boats to the right quickly found the throttle down control and stopped.
