    • २ कप तांदळाचं पीठ
    • १ कप जाड रवा
    • चवीनुसार मीठ
    • १/२ कप दही
    • २ १/२ कप पाणी
    • १ चमचा इनो फ्रुट सॉल्ट
    • १~२ चमचे पाणी
    चटणी
    • १/४ कप पंढरपुरी डाळं / फुटण्याची डाळ
    • १/२ कप खोवलेलं ओलं खोबरं
    • आल्याचे तुकडे
    • २~३ हिरव्या मिरच्या
    • चवीनुसार मीठ
    • चवीनुसार साखर
    • कोथिंबीर
    • १ मोठा चमचा तेल
    • १ चमचा मोहरी
    • १ चमचा जिरं
    • चिमूटभर हिंग
    • सुक्या लाल मिरच्या

    Let’s make rice flour idly and chutney today. This is an instant idly recipe. For making idly, you need planning. You have to soak rice and dal, then grind them to make batter and fermentation!! Uff.. So, here I am with an instant idly recipe. This idly turns out nice, soft and fluffy. It gets nice white color and is light. Also I am sharing chutney recipe to go along with it. You can make idly whenever you want and enjoy!! Try this recipe at home and write to me. Youo also can like, share and subscribe.
    Ingredients:
    • 2 cups Rice flour
    • 1 cup coarse Rava
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/2 cup Curd
    • 2 1/2 cups Water
    • 1 tsp Eno fruit salt
    • 1~2 tsp Water
    Chutney
    • 1/4 cup roasted Chana dal
    • 1/2 cup grated fresh Coconut
    • Chopped Ginger
    • 2~3 Green chilies
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar to taste
    • Coriander leaves
    • Water as needed
    • 1 tbsp Oil
    • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
    • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
    • A pinch of Hing
    • Dry red chilies
    • Curry leaves
    Method:
    • Mix rice flour, rava and salt well together and add curd.
    • You can use 1 cup buttermilk or 1 tbsp lemon juice in place of curd.
    • Add water and mix everything well together.
    • Cover and rest the batter for about 10 minutes.
    • Add eno fruit salt and water and mix in quickly.
    • You can use 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda in place of eno fruit salt.
    • Heat up about 1” water in a idly cooker and bring it to boil.
    • Grease idly tray well with oil and add batter into it.
    • Transfer the idly stand into the cooker and close the lid.
    • Steam the idly on medium heat for about 12-13 minutes.
    • Turn off the gas and take the stand out.
    • When the idly cools down a little, take it out with the help of spoon or knife. Rice flour idly is ready.
    • You can make around 20 idlies from the proportion we used.
    Chutney
    • Blend roasted chana dal, coconut, ginger, green chilies, salt, sugar and coriander leaves well
    together first.
    • Add water and blend as fine chutney as possible and take it out into a bowl.
    • For tadka, heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
    • When mustard seeds pop up, turn off the gas and add cumin seeds, hing, fry red chilies and curry
    leaves.
    • Add this tadka into chutney and mix well. Chutney is ready.
