- Michael Jordan is known to enjoy cigars, golf, pick up basketball and the occasional gambling binge. One thing he decidedly does not enjoy is rap music, even though he has been referenced positively in countless rap lyrics and his iconic Jordan sneakers are a staple in hip hop culture.

I'm from the generation that loves R+B and Jazz. I don't relate to Hip Hop and many of its themes. It's just a generational thing, I guess. My parents didn't like what I listened too either. Micheal is of my generation as well. Just give him his space and don't meet you idols because you'll only be disappointed.
It’s not just rappers, anyone who tries to flex in Jordan’s presence automatically gets the apex predator response. Doesn’t matter who, he doesn’t just respect someone because they think he should, he’s a tough man to impress.

He doesn’t like it because it’s trash, 😂I listen to rap but realistically it’s probably the worst music on the planet as far as the message in the vast majority of the songs.
It’s also represents a culture of people who will take lives for Js.
Which is also referenced in some of the songs, not just all positive affirmation for Jordan and the shoes, and this guy made it seem.
You can go look up articles and find news videos from the 80s when people were being offed for Js.
It wasn’t really a thing before that.
Those type of people and rap culture are directly associated.
If I knew people were taking lives for my shoes and rapping about it too, I wouldn’t want much to do with it either.

Michael Jordan was even tough on his daughter, would not let her wear skechers, she would have them for a day, and he would throw them in the garbage, cuz it wasn't his shoe, still competitive and still angry at other companies, Michael Jordan should not even be considered the goat, with his temper, why do people look up to him, Jordan is a bully, that's all Michael Jordan ever was is a bully, and he could not bully the Celtics nor the Pistons or the Lakers.
