I know you all have to sensationalize things, but the host skipped over a mountain of facts about the defendant. He made it sound like the victim ran from the scene, but in fact, he stayed at the scene for 20 minutes and, he was not himself, because he was possibly having a diabetic episode. And he was killed, because she decided she would execute judgment on this poor victim, and the witnesses ALL saw how wrong and evil the defendant was!! And she lied over and over on the stand, based on the words of ALL the witnesses!!

She told the 911 Operator that she was NOT going to obey her instructions to stop pursuing the victim. That is not FEAR. That is self-importance.
Of course, the man grabbed her wrist and the gun. He knew she was going to shoot him.

And she’s affected the lives of Mr Herrings family. This whole thing is really tragic, I don’t think she is a bad person. Shes not a criminal, she’s just over zealous and it resulted in death. Oh she had a reason! Power and control sick mental issues in her head caused this! The gun empowered that in her! Bad childhood likely!

I don't think she wanted to kill him, it escalated to the murder of this man.

What truly bothers me is she has no remorse and no accountability. Her smug attitude. Absolutely deserves what she gets. The victim is gone forever. Her parents are in big denial!

It is beyond me why this woman felt it was her job or duty to follow this man or confront him for any reason. An incredibly stupid decision on her part caused so much destruction.

My momma always taught me that one wrong decision can ruin the rest of your life, so keep to yourself and mind your own business. Prayers for Mr. Herring’s family🙏🙏🙏

life w/o parole would be more mercy than she showed her victim. She was a grown adult women when she murdered her victim and she didn't shed a tear for him, only for herself and continued lying on the stand. My heart goes out to the victims family. I pray they get the peace, in spite of what they have been through, that was robbed from them all these years and for what is a life long loss for them. May justice be served.
