I’m 67 and I have an insanely sensitive ear when I hear rock classics, especially the Beatles. After numerous listens, I’m extremely impressed at how accurate it is. The only discrepancy I found, which was very subtle, was in the drum solo. The vocals and classic instruments were especially accurate. Many thanks and much respect to these guys. 🙏
AND, AND, they don't dress up as the Beatles! They just replicate the music perfectly! So perfectly if you shut your eyes it really does sound like the real thing live!!😁😁👍👍👍🇬🇧
I started playing Beatles covers in bands starting in 1964. Because of The Beatles inspiration I've played in bands, owned a vintage guitar store, promoted concerts , and owned a night club. I know a lot about The Beatles and their gear. .... ......but, these guys are crazy!!! Thanks for doing such a wonderful sound recreation of The Beatles' most ambitious productions.
I'm 65. I watched The Beatles in real time on Ed Sullivan every time they appeared. I've received a LOT of Birthday and Christmas gifts in my life, but these performances of yours, and the INCREDIBLE attention to detail, may be the most profound in terms of how they allow me to travel back in time and connect once more with my youth. I pray that, some day before I die, I get a chance to see you perform live. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
As a lifelong Beatles fan all I can say is that the effort and attention to the tiniest detail is staggering. You guys are literally reproducing bolts of lightening. Sgt. Pepper would salute you.
These guys are absolutely incredible! I am old enough to remember The Beatles on Sullivan the first time and was hooked and have been a huge Beatles fan ever since. Watching The Analogues perform Sgt. Peppers and especially The White Album is a wonderful treat. That they spent so much time getting it as close as possible to the original recordings is a true labor of love.. and true Beatles fans like myself greatly appreciate it.
At my age, as jaded as I am; I'm not moved very often, but The Analogues - White Album and Sgt Pepper's...Moved me too tears a few times...The memories of sharing it with those who you loved, now gone, is almost to much to bare. Thanks so much for your efforts. It saddens me that so few people have heard these...I've tried to turn some friends on; but they're all so wrapped up in their mundane and senseless lives of drama that they can't allow the time to be enthralled. They'd rather wallow in their despair...
I just happened to stumble across 'The Analogues' the other day, while killing time at home, in quarantine with this crazy virus turning our lives upside down. I never knew they existed ... What a magical experience ! I listened to the Beatles incessantly back in my teenage years and know every song inside and out. What a treat to watch these videos and hear the music, all these years later... These guys are the real deal, their respect for the music and dedication to recreating the Beatles experience is unbelievable. I'm not a Beatles scholar by any means, but I imagine the bulk of their music starting with Sgt Pepper's was never played 'all at once'. What we hear on our vinyl and iTunes is the output of hours of recording and studio mixing - these songs weren't performed 'together'... For this group to stand on stage and play the songs live - and to have them be better than 98% spot on with the recordings - it's amazing. I don't know what else I can add - I've watched several of their 'full album' performances and am blown away. If in some remote chance the musicians were to see this note, I'd just like to say 'Thank You' for sharing your magic.
Absolutely mind blowing. The staggering attention to detail , the dedication and genius talent on display. Words fail me. Thank you Beatles and double thank you The Analogues.
I remember the nights I spent as a young man in my bedroom listening to The Beatles albums on my stereo over and over, and yes I became familiar with every note, and sound as I bathed in their amazing songs. Marcels passion and enthusiasm to recreate these masterpieces of our time has got to be applauded, this is an awesome video, many thanks to all involved.
"Those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end" They did ! But when I play Sgt Pepper I'm back there all over again . I'm there and here . Thanks for the memories.
I´m 72 from Argentina. This week I happened to stumble across you, guys! I can´t believe your perfection and passion for Beatles' songs. Thanks for these great moments watching your videos. I wish I see you live some day
I would have no clue that the members of The Analogues weren’t English or American. They have incredible English singing voices. I love the work that went into recreating the work of The Beatles
This is a true "reconstruction of The Beatles" For many years I played the role of John Lennon with my beatleband. The fact is that today the beatlebands market focuses only on wigs and costumes, it's just a theatrical show. But what with THE MUSIC ?? that is what really matters !! The work that you do is the same that I always wanted to do, to work at the end of the detail to reproduce the sound and the vocal and instrumental arrangements of The Beatles. It is very easy to find musicians willing to put on The Beatles clothes and go out to play, but very few (if any) wants to work as you do. I congratulate you guys for this passionate and meticulous task you are doing. Greetings from Argentina !
You want the theatrical show AND the music ? Then you need to watch and hear The Fab Four Beatles tribute band - ua-cam.com/video/4rHiDArtjuM/v-deo.html They're brilliant.
Five guys with a lot of magic in their pockets. A true project performance with so much dedication & passion for the Beatles. The two here & the two gone I know are smiling.
The fact that they're concentrating on the studio produced Beatles is the most amazing, having to work only with the sound. Thank you, men, for this tremendous effort!
I love that they focus on getting the right sound and using authentic gear. And then they get every nuance down perfectly. I enjoy that much more then a tribute band that looks the part but can't sound like the recordings. The Beatle couldn't do it live because it requires more then 4 members.
I want to thank you and the band for all your hard work. I wanted to leave a comment on the White Album video but comments are disabled. I was 6 years old when The White Album was released. I was obviously too young to appreciate it then. When I started to learn guitar in my teenage years the Beatles Complete was my bible. Hermoso trabajo!! Son impresionantes, gracias por mostrarnos un trabjo que sospechosamente nunca the Beatles tocó en vivo. Muchas gracias por haberlo hecho ustedes
A fantastic band. Will help getting through this lockdown in the UK! As a fellow musician I’m so impressed with the way you’ve all covered these great songs.
You guys are just staggering in the depth of your commitment to the music of my life. Thank you so much for doing this and making an old-ish man happy. You all deserve medals.
Your obsession is, frankly, quite disturbing - and totally wonderful. Saw your White Album video and was totally floored. I thought I knew every note on that record! I've got nothing on you guys. Inspiring to see such passion & dedication. More power to you.

Now that I've watched this one, The White Album and Sgt Pepper, I have to thank you for taking the time, making this tremendous effort and attention to detail! I laughed, got teary eyed, sang along, played some piano and basically enjoyed myself to the max! THANK YOU! I can't wait to watch the next ones!

Fascinating, marvellous. I can't find enough superlatives, so I'll just say thank you. Your dedication, hard work, passion and attention to detail brings back so many great life moments, for those like me who lived through those times and for those who are just experiencing it now. Thank you.
And the bass player DOESN'T read music?!? I respect him even more now for having as finely tuned an ear as he MUST have in order to break all of these difficult passages down to their roots. Amazing!
Ik heb deze documentaire misschien al wel 50 keer gezien, maar hij blijft echt super leuk! Hopelijk blijven jullie gewoon toeren door Nederland na de Abbey Road toer!!!!
Superlatives fail to express the gargantuan achievement this remarkable team of musicians have delivered. They can tour this material .. and specifically in this way... until they die and they will be playing to packed houses year after year after year; such is the importance of this cannon of music to human history. It easily sits alongside the works of the greatest composers of all time and these superb people have recognised, celebrated and embodied that. Like millions of people the world over, I get emotional even just watching the Analogues Beatles video performances such is the mind blowing quality and magic of what they do. Never stop guys... you are bringing an important service to the world!
Incredible. I’m going to see these fantastic musicians at the London palladium on October 22. Traveling from Manchester. Cannot wait to see it all live.
Jonas Silva Junior: Espetacular, Impressionante, Maravilhoso. Muito obrigado pelo registro histórico e pela minuciosa pesquisa que reproduz fielmente a mágica música dos Beatles. Parabéns ao The Analogues por compartilhar felicidades.
Guys, this So cool and SO incredible! I am a beatles lifetime geek myself-of course, I ve studied all this gear and technical detailes many times-so i really admire uour approach and dedication. Especially recording that piano chord in Studio 2-that is mind blowing. Thanks a lot. See you in Haarlem sometime)
MIND BLOWN. I've watched many videos of these guys performing. Amazing. But now I find out their native language is not English? That just makes me respect their dedication even more. I thought they were British!
Watching this, I’ve only just realised that their not English!!! By far the best Beatles tribute band. They take it to a whole different level. I hope I get a chance to see them in the future.
You people are geniuses with alot of passion which I admire greatly! It's so fascinating to see how music is created! Thankyou for making this documentary!
These guys truly are fab! Take it from a guitarist/musician of 62+ years! My brother had a brand new Baldwin electric harpsichord in his Tallahassee music store/recording studio around 1972-73.
ive seen a number of beatle bands and ive liked a number of them, but it is refreshing not to see the analogues try to be the beatles but to be themselves and still do some superbe beatle music, i've seen what you people do , doing beatle songs that we've never before live! i love what you people do also with the songs i first heard back in 1964 on the ed sullivan show, i didn't know who they were, i was back then an instant beatle fan! if you people had been the original people to first to do these songs and not called the beatles, i would have been a life long fan of your group, and now i am a fan of your group! you people arue that great! as paul would say, we'd like to carry on, so analogues carry on in the beatle tradition, thanks for the great memories minus all the beatle makeup and all! good luck always doing the great beatles studios and with all the original hornd and strings
Dull English Anvil and hammer for sale. Contact Mr Stevie. All joking aside. The Beatles will one day no longer be with us and that will be the saddest of days but with musicians such as yourselves around the live Beatles experience of these beautiful recordings will be eternal. What you are doing is incredible. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you.
First class!, I think only a Dutch band could have done this, love peace and respect to Holland from a Brit who grew up with this music, love and respect post Brexit .
They even hunt down instruments that were made and used back in the day?!?!?! That is severe dedication! But, it pays off. They are some of the best Beatle impersonators I've ever heard! I just found them, so I'm looking forward to hearing what else they can do.
They truly are amazing. Every single sound and detail of the music is captured. I truly hope they come to the United States and to Southern California. If anyone deserves access to the Beatles master tapes and isolated tracks at the Abbey Road vault. They do.
Fred Gehring is absolutely spot on. Was shocked to hear him so doubtful in this documentary. And yes.. I gotta admit.. when I first saw videos of them, I instantly noticed this kinda oldish looking drummer and, whether I wanted to or not, put him a drawer which read "can he pull it of?". I don't even know why I thought that, because age surely doesn't matter.. but anyhow. I learnt my lesson to never judge a book by its cover. Fred = Ringo. He's brilliant!
It's just an exercise of love isnt it? The Beatles music was born of love and this tribute is too. The Beatles were love-hence the title of that fantastic album
So true what they say about the vast majority of tribute bands that focus more on try to look like them, even mocking their manners (which I absolutely hate), and the music goes second place. This guys are amazing. I hope they will be invited to come to Mexico.
Absolutely amazing, would love to see them live. LOL Bart puts the 'Anal' into 'The Analogues' for his dedication in searching for authentic instruments, but you've got to admire his total dedication, he truly commits. I loved the quote about preserving this music for live performance just as classical music does, it suddenly made sense of all their tremendous forensic work. The 'Abbey Road' tour will be spectacular.
thankyou for some English subtitles! i love these men and their english singing is so good.. but i can't understand them! LoL.. i really hope these guys can continue and go from strength to strength.. and come to britain too.. omg.. if they could get their hands on early Fleetwood Mac they would give a treat.. like a real proper black- magic woman, 'manilishi or dragonfly.. albatross, man of the world and oh well (pts 1 and 2) ..(ah well.. i can only dream..) 🙂 pmsl
This is the best story ever told by other musicians as to how amazing this four piece rock n roll band evolved from liverpool with She loves You to A day in the Life. The Analogues have done an incredible job at reproducing The Beatles Sgt. Pepper lp of music that at the time was never intended to be played live. So if you think I Want To Hold Your Hand was all there was to the Fab Four then this is a must watch.

Billy Shears likes this
I love that they’re focused on the music and not the looks because it really IS the music that matters. Save the outfits for Halloween.

ive seen a number of beatle bands and ive liked a number of them, but it is refreshing not to see the analogues try to be the beatles but to be themselves and still do some superbe beatle music, i've seen what you people do , doing beatle songs that we've never before live! i love what you people do also with the songs i first heard back in 1964 on the ed sullivan show, i didn't know who they were, i was back then an instant beatle fan! if you people had been the original people to first to do these songs and not called the beatles, i would have been a life long fan of your group, and now i am a fan of your group! you people arue that great! as paul would say, we'd like to carry on, so analogues carry on in the beatle tradition, thanks for the great memories minus all the beatle makeup and all! good luck always doing the great beatles studios and with all the original hornd and strings

Ironically, that sound IS in the final fade-out!
There's nothing ironic about it. They wanted to reproduce the whole album live so they produced the WHOLE album live!
I've been listening to The Beatles for over 40 years and I still hear new things. I don't know how they do it.
I got into a fight with a guy because says that sgt pepper was catered for girls
His so stupid that he didn't listen to their earlier stuff
First class!, I think only a Dutch band could have done this, love peace and respect to Holland from a Brit who grew up with this music, love and respect post Brexit .
Prachtig, jongens! Doorgaan, heel indrukwekkend!
Thanks for this work and music you recreate.......live. its worth it and all of you deserve congratulations and kudos
you makes as The Beatles seem alive ....... hade pisan euy pokona mah
They even hunt down instruments that were made and used back in the day?!?!?! That is severe dedication! But, it pays off. They are some of the best Beatle impersonators I've ever heard! I just found them, so I'm looking forward to hearing what else they can do.
Look at UA-cam , St Pepper 50 years
i think impersonators is the wrong word
They plays an Original instruments of that era?! Fantastic.
Levaram a perfeição ao seu estagio maior. Sem comparação The Beatles the best, The Amalogues os melhores .
Very impressive ...thanks for the good time from Cologne...
Вот откуда такое потрясающее звучание. Грандиозный объем подготовительной работы.
They truly are amazing. Every single sound and detail of the music is captured. I truly hope they come to the United States and to Southern California. If anyone deserves access to the Beatles master tapes and isolated tracks at the Abbey Road vault. They do.
Wow, what a story! I'm so sorry I just now found these guys on UA-cam.
I am binge watching Analogues UA-cams now after watching the Abbey Road performance. Spectacular and perfection.
Amazing, absolutely amazing
THANKS THANKS THANKS!!!!!! from Buenos Aires - Argentina
I would mortgage my house to watch them live. Whatever it takes!
Excellent performance. Love it!
amazing! and your Beatles-Sound too😍
An absolute wonder. It's exciting. Congratulations!
Regards from Spain.
It's just an exercise of love isnt it? The Beatles music was born of love and this tribute is too. The Beatles were love-hence the title of that fantastic album
Damn it must be the best feeling ever to reproduce A day in the life at Abbey Road studio. Kinda jealous
Wow... i like their passion for this music. It is Not only a Cover, it is Perfektion
I bow down to you guys as I thought I had it bad? You are next level times 4 at least!
thankyou for some English subtitles! i love these men and their english singing is so good.. but i can't understand them! LoL..
i really hope these guys can continue and go from strength to strength.. and come to britain too..
omg.. if they could get their hands on early Fleetwood Mac they would give a treat.. like a real proper black- magic woman, 'manilishi or dragonfly.. albatross, man of the world and oh well (pts 1 and 2) ..(ah well.. i can only dream..) 🙂 pmsl
i hope these chaps are aware of all the love for them and what they do.. x
I was capable of realizing how much they love The Beatles.
