Love that you give us so many different options to modify the positions as needed. Even something as small as, you can either point your toes or keep them flat, helps!

Thank you! Take aways... 1. Tasha is human and shows me how to lower intensity when needed. 2. I am not the only one that sweats at the thought of a workout. "I sweat at the sight of the whiteboard." I can not remember the other quote of the day but oh my lanta... I legit laughed out loud like 3 times. Good times. 3. I need to make the oblique exercise on my tush an exercise on repeat until I master it. This was new for me. Maybe I have been doing it wrong all along. Will do this again for sure. Thank you!!! It was comforting to see that you also had a harder time on the left side oblique v up. Mine didn't want to move at all the first round. 😅But it did get better. ☺️

Thanks for this workout and adding the modifications. I hate doing abs but even with three sets this wasn't so bad. You chose great excercises!
