it's day one of vlogmas loves!!! I had the most wholesome day yesterday and I'm so happy to share it with you. I went to london for a little day date, and visited the Mother the Mountain art exhibition, which was sooo magical. Also I congratulate you on your ability to find ways to manage your anxiety levels in public settings where others on masse, congregate. I know this battle only too well myself and it is a very common trait with the majority of artist and creatives, so you need not feel alone in these matters even though it feels like it when anxious situations become somewhat overwhelming and the need to escape to a quiet place takes a hold. But hey, chin up girl, you did it by facing the situation and visiting London for a day. Very brave of you and the fact you got back safe is a real bonus, girl. Loved the music at the museum re the guy singing about the very things you mentioned about yourself in this vlog. Looking forward to part two my friend.
