Same here…..I’m in my mid-50s now and I’m learning more and more that it’s not about how many plates are loaded on the machine. Instead, it’s about how hard the muscle is working - load/tension the muscle….I also found it interesting that Fouad no longer uses an Olympic barbell bench press. Something for me to think about as well. Even when giving a tour of his gym, he spreads the knowledge….impressive

If you’re looking for suggestions my Husband and I used a hammer strength row machine (upright, chest-supported) several years ago that was amazing and haven’t found anything like it since. Also Pure Muscle & Fitness has an awesome glute machine that uses a seatbelt, it isolated my glutes really well. If you’re looking for suggestions. Your gym looks awesome Fouad, so many little details that only a seasoned bodybuilder would think of 😀 Please let us know if you ever allow members of the public to come!

Oh this makes me miss a real gym! I haven't used some of those machines in a LONG time - like that incline chest press. And a sled would be fantastic - can do alot with that. Gym is looking awesome. Having your own space to do your thing can't be beat. Would you have use for a GHD machine? Nice setup! I owned a gym called Flex Appeal in Lynnwood, Washington just north of Seattle back in the 90's when I was competing and i had that exact same Flex Hack. The memories I have with that piece are legendary ha ha...........good shit man. I love your setup. Reminds me of the early 90's bb gyms.

Nautilus pullover and rear delt machine.. I love the old school Cybex and Flex stuff. The piece I never see which I think is a must have is Donkey calf machine with 1000lbs stack..
When Covid happened I bought myself a $5k plus home gym and I'll tell you, I definitely enjoyed working out alone. It's just a whole other ball game in terms of mental clarity and not having to many distractions with your typical big box gyms. If anything I've gotten stronger in my lifts training at home 😂. My training split was your typical Push, Pull & Leg. 3 days on, rest and repeat.

I think I found a glute ham pad I may buy that goes on the ground but is portable so it won’t take up a lot of space
