    In this video, I'll share my mom's Braised Pork with Preserved vegetables(梅菜扣肉 Mei Cai Kou Rou) recipe with you. Hope you like it😊
    Ingredients:
    600g Pork Belly
    200g Sweet Preserved Vegetables
    Preserved vegetables sauce:
    ~6 Shallots, finely chopped
    ~8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    ~1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
    ~1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
    ~2 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
    ~400ml pork stock
    ~1 tsp sugar
    ~1 Tbsp cornstarch + 2 Tbsp water
    Steam for 2hours
