You are UNIQUE & SMART. I like your channel so much that if I had money, I'd support your channel with $1,000 per month because you DESERVE it girl!!! ... Thank you again for being so distinguished amongst your peers & TRULY being THE BEST EVER ... You are totally unlike most who just do the video & don't even care to take time to write the ingredients and sometimes they don't even audibly say the ingredients in their videos and they simply waste the viewer's time and cause frustration.     Just wanted to say after years of watching you videos! I finally ordered your wok and it came in on Monday. So far, it’s been amazing to cook with. I love making eggs, chicken breast and ground beef in it so far 😊😊😊

    Hello! I just came from making your egg roll wrappers recipe and it was amazing! I'm not perfect because my egg rolls had some bubbles but the fact they came out correctly and stayed together was a miracle 😂🎉

    Looks so delicious!...There a restaurant here that does a belly pork and taro dish....I can't get enough of this dish...with some good rice......I'm in heaven!

    I like it. There are a lot of recipies from Asian countries, that include ingredients which are very difficult to come by in my area. By very difficult I mean impossible. But this one is one of those that does not require anything crazy at all! Even Wok is not needed. So I think that's defenitley something I can add to my repertoire. In fact, I'm probably going to try it on my folks this weekend in place of the classic Sunday Roast :). I think it's going to blow their mind.
    Also - I can not believe I just now discovered this channel. It's got everything I like. Authentic recipies, and a very nice chef to boot! Could watch her cook everyday :)

    I just cooked another recipe with pork belly from this cook over the weekend - "Lu Rou Fan" It was really delicious. That's why I'm sure I'll try it out.

    I lived in Taiwan for 2 years and I can smell from my phone. I'll do my best to cook this as authentic as possible. I have most of the ingredients at home, just need the pork belly.

It's good to see a chef testing their food creations. Love your smile. ( could you do a short on cooking fresh green beans like we find in the buffet restaurants here in the states.       Try adding a splash of balsamic vinegar for the tangy taste unless you have Chinese black vinegar in the cupboard

      LOL! Lu rou fan, the pork in cut smaller. This one is bigger and it is often served in between a white bun too.

    Could the recipe work in a slow cooker too? Or is it best to do stove top with a metal pot if we don't have the clay pot?

      Crock pot inserts work great on a gas stove but you want one with a glass lid not plastic.

    Have you ever made the Sui Gow dim sum dumpling? Originally it was from Hoy Ping, Toi Shan district in Guandong area Originally, it was not a water dumpling or the ChuiChow versions, but made and served like Ha Gow with the same type of wrapper and steamed. Now, it seems most folks have forgotten it so it may be lost in history. A video with your Souped Up Recipe would be great!!!
