Blurry creatures is my favorite podcast. The lack of satisfactory answers to supernatural questions is one of the reasons I left the church. Now I'm back with jesus. This podcast helps me to reconcile the Bible and the supernatural.
Many people who claim to have been kidnapped by aliens have said that the mention of Jesus repels them instantly.
Ive had alien experiences my whole life. After a particularly weird experience, i prayed to God and asked him to keep them away from me. He did, they listened. Still not sure if its because they fear him, or they just followed orders to honor him. Theyre could be a huge difference there, not sure yet. I dont think ill know until i die for sure. But he for sure kept them away. Peace.
@@davidbirch98 They’re the demons of the Bible impersonating “aliens.” Just like the ghost of someone’s grandmother isn’t really their grandmother, it’s a demon.
Demons are repelled by the name of Jesus. Obviously these “aliens” are demonic entities in disguise. Like fairies, dwarves, mermaids used to be the thing in the past . Now they’re disguised as “ETs” to deceive us in this “space age” time. I’m wondering if these entities are the products (hybrids) of “sons of God” (fallen angels) mating with human women like described in Genesis 6 passage. There’s books on this subject.
Similarly I’ve had horrible nightmares my entire life, as young as age 3. As far back as I can remember (without being taught) even in my dreams I would receite the lord prayer and every time for 24+ years has woken me up or repelled any evil in dreams or in my conscious life.

I think the merging of angelic and human affairs was a huge issue in the old testament that gets glossed over in the modern church. Chuck Missler brought a lot of intellectual integrity to this conversation. I recommend any of his material regarding the nephilim.

Allie, you need to read The Unseen Realm by Dr. Michael Heiser! He explains so much of these ideas within the context of scripture. There are so many verses in the Bible that are looked over because they seem too “blurry” to make sense of-he fills in the gaps.

As a Norwegian I dont celebrate halloween and its a new thing here. But I belive in angels and demons and we should not celebrate the dead as the scripture say. I have seen and experienced supernatural things that made me drop my atheist worldwiev and search for an explaination and years later I found God as He gracefully gave me faith. We dont have to fear demons or evil spirits because Gods angels protect us. The Lords prayer is enough to scare off any dark enteties. UFO is probably spiritual enteties as describes in the bible as fire wagons. The bible describes many situations where angels are involved in taking care of people.
Allie. I understand the skepticism, and thank you for having guests like this. It is imperative to understand that Biblical literalism is making a resurgence because people are seeing evidence for it. G-d is not the author of confusion, so why must we let our disbelief get in the way of what his Word literally tells us?

@@angeldream1 God explicitly mentioned in Exo. 6 that "God Almighty" is the name that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob knew Him by. Contrary to what "Christians" believe, God doesn't just have 1 name, and "God' is one of His names and not just a title.

What they talk about is pretty accurate for the most part. I like that they talked with Michael Heiser who’s studied ancient languages and who is a biblical scholar. Plus a lot of what they mentioned can be found in the Book of Enoch 1 which specifically talks about the heavenly rebellion and who these Watchers are.
People are having encounters with demons.

Regarding aliens, watch on UA-cam Steven Bancarz channel, "Alien Intrusion: Unmasking A Deception - Gary Bates Interview." It goes in depth about people's experiences with aliens and the spiritual warfare behind it. It's so worth watching!

Allie should have Dr. Michael Heiser on. He can explain this stuff like Genesis 6, Deuteronomy 32, and Psalm 82 a lot better. He wrote several books on this subject.

Such an awesome book
Most of what they said is not hard to believe if you live in some parts of Africa. (Am Kenyan). I wanted a more biblical and historic explanation because it's hard to ignore such beliefs in our communities. Mr. Walsh helped a lot but these guys simplify everything. Will definitely listen to several of there past blogs, oh and future😁 ones.

John MacArthur that in Genesis 6 the “sons of God” in this context are fallen angels. Also see Jude 1:6-7 which seem to also indicate that fallen angels procreated with women prior to the flood.
Love the Blurry Creatures podcast! I suggest listening to it from the beginning as they find their footing. Of course we should use discernment and pray about what we hear, but there’s so much I have learned about the Bible through their podcast that put pieces together. I was always questioning the Bible and God and why He would do things like wipe out whole groups of people, but the podcast has been able to make it make sense.
Nephilim and Bigfoot I think are related.
The Nephilim are the fallen angels..bigfoot, sasquatch are the giants and they were here before.
If anyone is interested in further pursuing this topic, 2 people to look into that are on UA-cam are LAMarzulli and Billy Crone. Both are Christians have had experiences with these creatures AND have extensive biblical knowledge to apply as well. Great work here Allie. Appreciate all you do!

I'm surprised you didn't refer to Heiser and the naked Bible podcast. He has a whole book on the Unseen Realm.
Now you brought him up - great! How about Don Chittick's book The Puzzle of Ancient Man. It's a whole book on the mental superiority and technology of ancient man, mostly due to long life and smarter people closer to Adam's superior intelligence.
For many of us, this was our first "dipping of the toe" when it comes to this stuff. I appreciate the fair treatment you gave the topic. It's a world worth exploring, as we see more cosmic themes showing up, with regard to abortion and pedophilia. While I don't buy everything that came out, associated with Pizzagate, for example, there were some very disturbing common denominators that kept emerging that lead back to occult worship practiced at the highest levels of society and authority. The pieces are really falling into place, it seems, and the time is right to start asking deeper questions, even as we maintain our commitment to confessional reformed preaching, evangelism, and cultural engagement. These are not mutually exclusive enterprises.
Chuck Missler has videos on UA-cam (some within his Genesis series) about how the Nephilim are part fallen angel part human and how aliens are really fallen angels. He has very good ideas on this.
One weird thing about this show was the questioning of - where did they learn these things? As if trading intercourse with fallen angels was the only way to learn. How did Adam and Eve learn to survive outside the garden??

Much is explained Biblically in Michael Heisers book The Unseen Realm. Christians need to rediscover the Hebrew roots of the Scripture. We’ve missed so much and become myopic on our theology.

While I think these subjects are interesting I can see how people can be consumed with trying to find out the truth about these things and take their eyes completely off what we as believers are called to do, which is to spread the gospel.
YES but like they said understanding some of this and how it relates to God's judgments that many people have problems with helps to explain the DEEPER ramifications of the cleansing that was going on with the flood and the "genocide" of the Canaanite peoples
Yes, my daughter and I have always found Bigfoot and other topics fascinating. I too have read the Bible and question just exactly what it is saying about the giants and such but I started listening to the Blurry podcast after this and had to come back and listen to this episode again because that's the conclusion I was coming to, that they seem to have so many people on that are so fascinated by this that it is consuming their lives and many of the guests I've listened to also seem to have negative feelings about Christians but do consider themselves "spiritual" which seems to include a lot. I understand what RED Sassy is saying but I think you are right that too many people are finding it interesting and then getting caught up into being consumed by it.

The Bible is clear in Genesis 9:19 that Shem, Ham, & Japheth populated the WHOLE Earth. Which means the ONLY place the remnant of Nephilim DNA could have come from was from the wives. The Bible said NOAH "was blameless" (could actually be "pure", possible genetically pure). It does not say the same for the wives.
If God chose the 3 women who had the least Nephilim DNA and they only mated with men who had none, the small amounts of corrupted DNA would eventually dilute.
Most of the giant lines came from Ham (that's a whole other show. 😁) NONE we're found in Shem's line, which is the line Christ comes from.
It's mythology
I take issue with them repeating the idea that the nephilim weren't "part of God's plan". Maybe they didn't mean that how it sounds but it's kind of slippery
This was such a small piece of what they discuss on their podcast. That statement truly needs a bit more parsing out. Not to speak for them, but I understood him to mean that they were not entitled to the benefits of God's plan of redemption. They were not created to be on earth running principalities, but as will all free will, they chose to sin and become something outside of God's order

I think adhering to these ideas we come up with is very wrong. Well never know for sure, and searching out those truths seems like your trying to understand the tree of life, which is very bad. Lets all agree to love God and his amazing creations and stop trying to fill in the blanks. People for sure worship aliens, bigfoot, etc. Which is wrong. Lets keep our eyes and minds only on God. Peace.
I would highly recommend Ken Ammi's books on many of these topics. It is helpful to know about these things and the worldviews that go with them to be a good ambassador of the gospel of salvation.

There is a wonderful bible teacher named Chuck Missler. He talks on these things. You can find his videos on UA-cam. He is worth listening to. Also we cannot forget Ephesians 6. Our battles is not against flesh and blood but against principles and spiritual hosts of wickedness.
This is something every prey animal would say if it had a shred of intellect and sense of time. It is fairly clear that we are "prey" to some entities and "family" to others. Religion is still in the mythology phase, if we are prudent it will mature into real science and we can talk rationally about principalities and the like.
Great attempt and props to these guys for trying their best! I guess it’s tough to answer these questions without referencing extra biblical books, like 1 Enoch. I think the experts on this topic however belong to Timothy Alberino or Dr. Michael Heiser. But, love these guys podcast, as well Relatable!!

Regarding Genesis 6. I'm open to the Nephelim being offspring of angels who fell and left their first estate, however the text does say that the flood was due to the sinfulness of mankind.

I feel like scripture would address these things more if they were supposed to be an issue for us. All of this is just speculation and in my opinion a complete waste of time. That being said- I really enjoyed this episode. I just think there are so many more important things to spend our time on. Especially since none of this is reference in revelations.
I think if you don’t do yourself the honor of at least keeping these ideas on the table, you’re really missing out on so much more God has for us to learn and understand and it IS important. I was Christian all my life but felt something was missing and Blurry Creatures brought that info to light and my life/faith have changed from it. Don’t discount the spiritual, that’s exactly what Satan wants us to do.
Scripture does address this....WE the church ignore and skip over it. Michale Heiser is a Hebrew scolar and gets into all of this in his books, youtube channels and such.
About 1973 people in Chattanoo'ga area were seeing stuff all around, even a police officer, and me, too. Parents were at church for some special meeting; I was home alone. I saw something in the sky hovering over my former elementary school. Then, it swiftly flew toward GA, no sound that I heard. But, next thing I knew it was flying in a straight line along the path of our side street, and vanished. But, I was scared sh*tless. I called the police, not that they could do anything. There was a light. I don't remember whether it was a white light or orange light. It might have been orange or red, but, I wouldn't swear to it
in a court of law. My then future husband and I were driving around later looking for anything unusual. Like I said there were multiple sightings, even a police officer. I think we saw some unusual red lights going straight up from top of one of the area mountains. Once I went to library hoping to find newspaper articles about it and I didn't find it at that time. I know it wasn't one of those lights they use sometimes for advertising events, lights that sweep across the sky and back again; they're always white. To this day I have never had any of this explained.
I would say ask "Luther Massengill"; he was around then. Unfortunately, Luther passed in 2014; also his wife Mary passed several years ago.
Luther was working at WDEF radio station when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, and for many many years afterward. Everyone just about knows the name of Luther. He's in the Radio Hall of Fame. But, his daughter Joanie, (Joan), who passed in 2017 said Luther didn't know Ebay. He said that he wanted an electric typewriter and she told him, well, we can probably do that. It's probably on Ebay. He said to get her jacket on, and he'll drive. Lol

I seriously think they're making a lot of good points. I think it freaks people out so we just say it's conspiracy, but these things are happening to people. They can't all be making it up. I'll def be checking out their podcast. The leaders are seriously obsessed with our DNA.
No the hybrids are not here today, but there is still demons that can transform into beings, not human beings. There are definitely large people but those are different from the hybrids. The Bible specifically says that those hybrids were completely wiped out.

I recommend reading Dr Michael Lake's book, The Shinar Directive. Very helpful in providing insight regarding nephilim et al.
Many, many people are skeptical, until they have one of those experiences. Most of the stories of encounters come from those completely not expecting them. Many skeptics are just those: the ones that haven't had an encounter...and that is where the ones who have, wish they had remained.
Reminds me of Dr Schoch's lectures on The Flood and ancient civilizations.

It's in more episodes of their podcast. The creation of the technology for it, the control, the DNA, the transhumanism; different speakers on different aspects of it, but it does come up in their interviews. I recommend the podcast (not every speaker, some I disagree with and some I am skeptical of, but a lot of their guests are really good).

I think that the Church woefully unprepared me for a paranormal encounter. I grew up in Alberta Canada, things dont really happen here. I didn't necessarily believe that that realm existed until i went to Nicaragua and had a terrifying experience. I didnt have a true conversion back then for sure look, it had me running to both the pentecostal church for holy oil and the catholic cathedral for holy water. I guess paranormal stuff happens a lot more in impoverished countries - everyone there, christian or not, has a story.
Our country is South Africa's neighbour to the north. The stories I have heard from there are mind boggling, people talk of an underwater world that is way more advanced than anything we've ever seen. Heard of the same in Kenya and Uganda.

One UA-camr ( from Haiti ) mentions seeing people go in the water, but she refuses to go into detail about it because it's very real and frightening. Some come back and become wealthy but one has to ask, at what COST?

Great episode! Allie, listen to Michael Knowles’ recent interview with I believe Angela Ucci. The more and more I hear New Age to Jesus testimonies the more I realize we don’t truly understand how much the spiritual interacts with the physical and vice versa. We are ultimately spiritual with a temporary physical vessel. All of the former new agers weren’t simply hallucinating creatures or fake astral projection. They are spiritually and fully experiencing these paranormal activities.

Absolutely - when God says the human heart is so desperately sick and wicked that no one can even understand it (paraphrased, of course), we can be sure that humans are capable of all types of terrible things. However, there are “regular” evil acts that humans commit, and then there is evil at a whole other level - acts that could only be demonically inspired. (Anything involving children, for example.) I’ve been a Christian, in the church for 40 years and at almost 60 years old, my eyes are just now being opened to how widespread and pervasive, and yet how often subtle, hidden and/or misleading the enemy’s deception is. Satan’s only objective is to destroy humanity, and I have no problem believing he’d fortify his army with whatever works - nephalim, hybrids, demons, fallen angels, whatever the taxonomy and terminology. We all know there is the spiritual warfare occurring now that Paul talks about, but I am more and more of the opinion, especially as the world is looking worse on a daily basis, that we need to learn about and talk about this stuff so that we can know what we are dealing with, and we can be prepared for what’s coming.

I rarely ever comment on podcasts, but I just listened to this one and had to say something. There is an episode of The Lord of Spirits podcast (I think entitled "Land of Giants") that goes more in depth with the archaeological evidence for the existence of giants, nephilim, etc. The hosts are Eastern Orthodox, so it takes a lot of chewing and spitting as you go (to hold each item up to Scripture and ask - is this Biblical? is this tradition? is this something documented in a historical text that may/may not be a true representation of what actually happened?) - but I highly recommend it for understanding the *what the source material is* for many of these beliefs. For instance, the Watchers and a lot of the background info given about the nephilim comes from the Book of Enoch, which was excluded from our Bible. The Lord of Spirits podcast gets into what the ritual to create nephilim involved (using evidence from ancient texts), and shows ways that people may be trying to do that even today (in Japan just a few years ago 🤯). This is definitely a topic that requires a lot of discernment, and it's one of those things we may never know the full truth of this side of eternity - but it is really fascinating! (I know ten thousand people have requests for Allie to talk to people they enjoy listening to, but my dream podcast episode is Allie and the "podfathers" from Lord of Spirits. 😂 It would be epic!!)
I can admit I just don't know, I believe these guys are genuine in what they believe, this whole topic feels so Art Bell, coast to coast, ppl claim to be Christians, but have the most distorted beliefs about UFOs, Bigfoot, fallen angles, Jesus, etc. I personally think this subject is a non-issue as Christians keep our sights on Jesus and what he did for us on the cross, not to say we can't be interested in stuff like this I just don't think it does us any good as Christians to dwell on it, it may take us To a place we should not go, remember Satan is much smarter than us his main goal is to take our eyes off of Jesus. Just my opinion
I think the issue is that Christians and non-Christians alike are having “paranormal” experiences that they think their Bible can’t explain. It can lead many away from their faith or into stuff like Ancient Aliens like Nate referenced. Also many progressive Christians cannot get past the violence in the OT, and that is resulting in a barely recognizable Christianity. Christians need to be able to have Biblical explanations for these things, and those explanations ARE there. Ignoring it isn’t doing anyone any favors.

@@JHOFF111 I used to only believe it the way you explained it here and in most cases that's exactly what's going on...but a pic I took in our old apartment (me and my exe) leads me to believe grays have something to do with death I swear it's a grey holding up the cliche peace sign leading a ghost boy and some other things down the stairs... they're behind my ex and that grey held up the peace symbol because it knew I caught it's pic and it knew I was aware of it's existence in the house because it probably overheard me telling my ex there's something in the house because stuff would fly off the shelf and stuff like that
The Bible is so awesome! Our world is crazy if you really think about it! I can see why God favors us and like the speaker says God wants to redeem humans because there are people like y’all who to me wakes people up. I first heard about ALL of this over a decade ago and that’s how I became a true believer. Because my perspective changed about life it self. Woman were created beautifully and men are created perfectly in His image! Thank you for this episode! I’ve been watching this channel for a few years now and I’m happy to see this topic discussed!

Allie should look into Dr. Michael Heiser. He's not a fan of modern denominations or end times prophecies but he describes this worldview from the Bible that is threaded throughout the "Divine Council Worldview" He cites Psalm 82, Dueteronomy 32 8-9 and many others. These guys are touching on the beginnings of what Dr. Heiser describes. The context is what matters. 2nd temple literature and the surrounding cultures are what is described in most of the Bible. The man is a scholar in Semitic languages and history. He is a wonderful encyclopedia of knowledge. Naked bible podcast is his pod. He is also on Sentinel apologetics and you can find him giving sermons at various churches around the country. God Bless for anyone that reads this.

@@davidcrane6593 To be fair.. tthere ARE "lesser gods" in the sense that we can make them up, or worship angels or whomever really. Also the Word says Satan is "the god of this world". I think you're critiquing something that is debatable, depending on the context and definition.
@@springrain9438 Mr heiser teaches an actual physical "divine councel" made up of angels(Created beings) COUNCELED God in the book of job and that In psalms this so called divine counsel of ACTUAL PHYSICAL angels is spoken of in psalms 82.
So AGAIN... Mr heiser teaches and sells books for money about the existence of ACTUAL PHYSICAL "lesser gods" and calls them the "divine counsel"...

In my opinion, in the verse Gen 6:2 "The sons of God" taking "the daughters of men" to wife, means they are marrying outside of the covenant. (Interfaith marriage) See Deut. 14:1-2 This refers to the "children of the Lord your God" in other words, sons and daughters of God, who were a covenant people, chosen by God above all nations that are upon the earth (Abrahamic Covenant Gen. 12:1-3). Sons and daughters of men are those who are not living inside the covenant, they are those who reject God. The sons of God are not fallen angels. "Fallen angels" are the spirits that followed Lucifer in the war in heaven referred to in Rev. 12:7-9, and alluded to by Peter and Jude (2 Peter 2:4; Jude 1:6). Fallen angels are the devil's angels, not sons of God.
Also, sons of God, angels were not created as sons of God.
