does anyone know what level of maths this is for us in the uk ie- as level or A level etc... many thanks
It would be a somewhat difficult question in Integral Calculus I think

Just look at the value of the two functions at a certain point for between -2 and 3. Maybe y=0 then you see what value is higher f(0)=11 and g(0) = -1.

You don't have to know, if the final answer comes negative then your assumption was wrong.
