If you think glasses can be unnecesarily large, I can tell you don't need to wear them all day long. I used to have tiny glasses and having the glasses's frame in your vision is the most annoying thing ever.

Before I got LASIK I was so annoyed that the "new style" kept going towards smaller and smaller glasses. Basically end up with tunnel vision lol.

@@InvidiousIgnoramus A stock miata is 980kg, and a stock eg hatch with a d15 weighs 950kg.
They both have added weight because of a turbo kit, so they should be even weight wise. Even tho the eg is swapped the stock d15 weighs around 120kg and the b18 he swapped in around 170kg. Considering the miata is already heavier stock, the eg is probably still a little lighter.

@@imnota Manual NAs are closer to 960kg. I will say I didn't realize the EGs were quite that light. Thought they were about 1000kgs
I ran my b18b hatch on 10psi and made around 300whp. It has lasted well over a year, get injectors and turn it up :)
bldzrr yes also fuel pump bigger throttle body as well air/fuel are important
What turbo on 10psi? 10psi on a GT2554R leads to very different results compared to 10psi on a 2860.
I have skunk2 tb, edelbrock victor x IM, 750cc injectors, And walbro 255lph fuel pump.
Making 602 on 32psi non vtec.. the LS heads flow once they get some nice cams and intake manifold and nice size throttle body, 3inch exhaust and 62mm turbo.

The B18B1 and A1 is actually a really stout engine in stock form. I made 412 whp on a bone stock B18B1 bottom end with a built head. Granted, I rebuilt it before I turbocharged it, but it was still stock PR4 internals with cast pistons and all. That was also on an eBay turbo kit.
Now the engine is completely built with a Civic Type-R head, CP 9.0:1 81.5mm pistons, Eagle rods, Skunk 2 Tuner stage 3 cams, dual valve springs with titanium retainers, and Skunk 2 LMAs. It's on a Skunk 2 intake manifold, Skunk 2 70mm throttle body, Grams 2200cc injectors, Garrett GT3582R, Thermal Research 3" turbo-back exhaust, GSR transmission with a modified OBX LSD and LS 5th gear, all running on Hondata S300 V3. It made 588 whp on 22 psi and the only reason we stopped there was due to the alternator overcharging the system.
Damn that's crazy! John's will make more in the future, there are alot of things limiting it atm! Stock map sensor, only a 2 1/4 exhaust, tiny intake, ect ect
@@_Gingium_ You can always upgrade along the way, that's what makes these cars so much fun to play with. My car is more of a garage queen now due to the amount of upgrades and everything else that's gone into it since I bought it as a rusted stock single cam 5 years ago. I can tell you that once that boost bug bites you, you're done for...lmfao I'm sure you can relate.

5+ years ago, my friend build himself a Civic coup with a build B18. Ported Head, Stage 2 cam/Springs, adj sprocket, Titanium retainers, Build bottom end with dome pistons ~11.5:1. It made roughly 215-223whp all motor if my memory is correct. The nice thing is, you still can increase your boost, better Turbo ect. He must have had +$3-4K in his build and was about to it's N/A limit.
I have a 97 Prelude that is sitting in my shop since 2015. It has a very slick paint job, Coil overs, JDM H22 engine, just need to do a Manual Swap because the factory Auto took a shit. Watching you guys, definitely reignites my passion to get this car done. It has been a nightmare but I'm close to getting it finished. I almost forgot I had that car sitting around. I really enjoy your Channel, very positive and informative. Keep it up

My bone stock b18b1 with an eBay turbo kit made 346wheel on E85
This one will get there eventually! Needs a map sensor, exhaust and intake.

@@civicpride1986 What eBay kit do I need to make 250-300whp on a stock B18B Integra LS daily driver? What fuel pump and injectors? Less money spend the better.
@@itsatrap4986 Any kit can make that easily, just make sure the manifold is cast and you will have no issues.. at 13-14 psi on a stock LS you can easily make that on a eBay turbo kit.. 450cc injectors are good enough for 400whp on stock fuel lines, a walbro 255 fuel pump and a decent tune.

@@guidosaur7506 The awd will not happen anytime soon, he said a thousand times it would be expensive and time consuming. Plus the rally miata definitely isn't clean enough for it to be worth building all of that just to end up with a shell that's rotting out. It's not the first time Gingium's projects don't end up being done, but that happens to everybody, everybody changes their mind, or realise it isn't that easy, or that cheap, but I have to say Gingium talks about his projects too soon, before he knows if he'll do it. I know you're just doubting Gingium's projects in general but Molly's engine really is at the machine shop tho.

That turbo isn't going to last. That turbo drain is too low on the pan. It should be towards the top as to let oil drain and not back up inside the hose. May want to fix that

Depends on the shop but usually pretty pricy. Around 100-150 an hour and just to clean up a tune it might take a couple hours. Getting something brand new tuned can be all day
