Hating on the WS6 is wild. They’re such badass cars and that LS1 can take some abuse and can make TREMENDOUS amounts of healthy power and torque on a budget. Functional Ram air, T56 6spd transmission, 325hp/345ft lbs, 13.5 1/4 mile @107 stock, and weighing roughly 3400ish lbs. made them a menace back in the day.

I have a 2016 STI. I just added radiator, AOS, cylinder 4 cooler, pitch mount, pitch brace with stainless steel clutch hose. When I finished installing the stainless steel clutch hose, I noticed the clutch pedal stuck on the floor (no one pressed it). I figured it would be bubbles but after bleeding the clutch slave, clutch pedal still would not go back to normal. I noticed there were a small leak on the clutch master so I replaced it and bled the clutch slave again until no more bubbles yet the clutch pedal still would not go back up by itself. I decided to replace the clutch slave and bled it again until no more bubbles. Still the same, the clutch would not go back up by itself. Oh and on top of that the clutch would not go in any gear when the car is on. I was able to put it in any gear when its off. So I tried to put it in 1st gear and turn on the car, now the car wont turn on, the clutch wont go in neutral and the clutch pedal still sticks to the floor. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

There's a bunch of differences between the engines depending on the years but the basic thing is EJ255 is the non STi engine. Oh man…you guys didn’t ice blast it. That was next level clean for these older cars
The 253 and 255 were in the wrx for those years and the 257 was the sti version. They still use the 257 in the 15-21 sti’s as well
Love all the cars you build...i personality would like to see a car that dont get modified that much or rarely see.......what about a awd nissan altima
the knuckles with some wire wheel and black gloss enamel for good as new when doing the wheel bearings. yea Iag oil ban and windage tray, IAG aos, cylinder 3 coolant mod. RCM has a great catalog
Quinn is like, doing his thing and every body appreciate it but, His friend Ricky has to be there.
Can I just say I love the fact that whenever it comes to cooling I know it’s gonna be Mishimoto.
Nice video dude, congratulations from brazil bro!
so appropriate to do a subaru right after a Mitsubishi also it's an ej257!
You guys should go back to the m3 and build it on the channel for/with the owner.
Would be really cool content saving it from the inevitable.
Sti engine is ej257 (code) - wrx and forester motors are ej255.
