Bought LG 1.5 Ton 5 Star 2024 model for my small bedroom after watching your informative videos. Initially, I wanted to go with Daikin but it doesn't have manual convertible option plus LG one is quite and has Gold fin coating on outdoor unit with HIM Clean which Daikin has as "Dew Clean" feature. AFAIK, Daikin ones in similar price point don't offer smart feature and they haven't launched 2024 models. No doubt, Daikin cools better but I went with LG. As of now what I do is, I let it run on AI mode and once it reaches desired temperature of 25-27Degrees, I lower down the tonnage to 60/40% and decrease fan speed also to medium/low. It maintains the temperature of 25-27Degrees constantly which is more than enough for me. Not yet calculated the Unit it consumes though. I believe if I keep my room closed and packed, I can manage to run it on 40% which will consume very less electricity. I may be wrong but just sharing some of my initial observations.
Hi Mandeep, very detailed video & quite useful for your viewers & subscribers to understand the actual current usage. Please do the same test on Monsoon/ Dry mode also which most of the user should use during high humidity season. What I have found is that cooling requirement is less when using dry mode as sweat is kept dry. So if on cool mode some needs to chill the room at 24°C, then on dry mode one may feel chilled at 26°C thus saving energy consumption & faster cooling yet saving money. Dry mode vs Cool mode 24 hour energy consumption test will be a useful video. Keep up the good work you are doing.

Last night 28 tempreture par chalane par 7 hour me 10 unit consumption hui hai. Ac 10 amp load and 1800 watt ka load leta hai 26 tempreture par. Jet servive bhi karvayi hai. Fault kya ho sakta hai.

How is Hitachi,Godrej and Voltas?
Daikin mai automatic convertible hai, its better than other companies. You can check diakin vidoes, it only consumes 200-300 wats when room is cooled

About real information....suppose that Main ac 40 % on kiya or cold temperature hi 20 degree ...it's mean no benefit convertible mode ...waste of time..... I use normal mode cold air temperature would be 8 to 12 ....

Mere pas lg dual inverter ac hai last 15 day se ac per hour 2 unit electricity consumption ho raha hai last ac 26 par chalne bad bhi. Last night 28 tempreture par chalane par 7 hour me 10 unit consumption hui hai. Ac 10 amp load and 1800 watt ka load leta hai 26 tempreture par. Jet servive bhi karvayi hai. Fault kya ho sakta hai.
