The Recoilless rifle, every bots worst nightmare
The Liberator Penetrator might be the only gun I'd happily take against any faction. Good mag size, decent damage, and medium pen. It's great with the siege ready passive.

Did they change the LibPen sound? Sounds different on this vid than the last time I used it a few weeks back.
