I think if anyone other than Kirby were the protagonist of this game, it'd be a lot more horrifying. It just doesn't feel like it because Kirby's been a ball before.
I've been liking and commenting on all the vids so far, when do we get a Bord and Klaire collab video? ;p Canvas Curse looks like so much fun. I know I more-or-less have said the same thing in the last video about Dream Land, but something about Canvas Curse's speedrun feels more elemental than the tricks and workarounds of other Any% runs. The player is so reliant on the baseline drawing mechanic of the game, making your way through the game quickly seems to have more to do with honing that technique rather than mucking about with abilities. 0:52 Now I'm just imagining every single thumbnail on your channel in this inimitable MS Paint style. But yeah, in all serious the thumbnails for this Kirby month have somehow been even cuter and eye-catching than they were before :3 Headpats for Clodi and Bakpieya! (っ´ω`)ﾉ(˵•́ ᴗ •̀˵) And you can have some too Klaire... :3
Knowing the patterns to draw and being able to do so quickly is huge! But abilities are still a pretty big part of the run ^^; But I love them so it's okay!!
Speaking of lines, Klaire, did you see Terry Bogard in SF6 has the line system, where he can jump into the background? (Also the first minute of the video is echoey, but I think it's fine given how your sketch is making fun of low quality)
You know, I am starting to think this has been a long con to discredit Captain Stitch. erm, I'm just asking questions but have we seen Klaire and Captain Stitch speak at the same time? I didn't think so. Erm, what if Klaire secretly is Stitch?
This game introduced Soul Bosses and Paint Roller still manages to be the scariest enemy
