Can you demonstrate how to beat aggressive crowding defense in a half court setting with a live dribble as well as when in triple threat? For live dribblie, I usually retreat dribble to create a close out and either cross over or drive to my ball hand.
@@isoo_godd1364 and if there’s no immediate passing lane? I know for my daughter visually seeing someone do it and then replicating worked best. I could say it all day but she needed to see it.
If you're in a one-on-one situation, it's better to go through the middle, but if you're being defended more, it's better to go through the sides to be able to pass the ball halfway down the court.
I like to move before I get the ball... get a running start across the baseline and then catch the ball, that way im already a step ahead of the defense once i can catch the ball because i can see open space ahead. Its even easier then doing through the legs like this.
Its funny thats exactly what i was looking for. Thanks
Same haha

Thanks Coach
How do you break a press if there are two people up top trying to make you go left or right so they can trap you
If, You see a teammate open, Just pass the basketball to that open teammate because you don’t want to risk a turnover.
If u r already r trapped then j fake high and go low or vice versa
