How To Easily Defeat Lynels: Zelda TotK

- In this video we will take a look at how to easily defeat Lynels in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. We will be using Puffshrooms and a wet Zora weapon to defeat this Lynel.
It is possible to encounter Lynels when exploring Hyrule's surface or Hyrule's Depths.
The Lynel is one of the most dangerous enemies in Tears of the Kingdom, but even this towering beast can be chopped down to size by using flurry rushes, Puffshrooms and parries.
If you have a picture of the Lynel, you can set it as a target for your Sensor+, through the Compendium, to detect when one is nearby.

i cant believe they buffed lynels in this game. they already had OP attacks, now they're even better

Yet Lynels are still so easy to kill, easier to kill even with all the zonai stuff
I eat Lynels for breakfast nowdays, love the fights with them and of course their drops. One tip though, if you mount him your weapon will not get damage but i guess everyone knows that by now.

A good thing to do for every lynel is to save just before. If you're not used to it and you have time, you can train up yourself dodging and parrying. That'll help with windows for puffshrooms and splash fruit. Also, don't panic. You got a save.

Beat the silver Lynel and every time he drew his sword when triggered I had a small window to toss a puffshroom in his vicinity. I smoked him without him even taking a swing at me. I used that tree for concealment approaching initially.

If you shoot them with a puffshroom, than get behind them, and wack away… it becomes depressingly easy to kill them. Aren’t these supposed to be the hardest enemies in Zelda?

This is the lame way to beat a Lynel. No puffshrooms should be involved. Only a bow and arrow with good aim for their face, and a weapon. Stun with arrow, mount, and wail away. Rinse and repeat until dead. Doesn't even damage your weapon. That's all you need to easily beat any Lynel.

Wondered into the colosseum in the depths, currently fighting like 5 of these lynels.
No matter how many times I shoot them in the face, they *never* kneel down. Even using Keese eyes, bombs, regular arrows... Nothing works.
Puffshroom works. Though I end up destroying about ten weapons before it's over. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
