  • When I first got these, I was marginally impressed. NOW, after I added a couple 2" felt stick-on pads and learned to wear this correctly, it takes 90-95% of the sciatica pain away. When I get up from bed, start walking around...within minutes the sciatica pain is 9/10. I put this on and the pain is almost 100% gone (takes about 30 seconds!). This strap beats taking prescription pain meds to relieve sciatica (most pain meds don't do anything...except for the really "good" ones). Use at your own risk, I am not endorsed by this company or am offering any type of medical advice. Just an Average Joe with sciatica trying to help others.

Thank you a lot for this video sir. I ordered mines on Amazon too and I was looking up videos to see what people say and many say that putting it on correctly makes a big difference. I did what you said and try to feel up nerve on the back of the leg and now I know exactly where I will be placing it. Today was a tough day walking just doing groceries I had to sit down somewhere but I sincerely hope this will help me. Thanks again and have a good day.

Wishing you less pain! There is a learning curve wearing these. But, once I figured it out, this product has given excellent relief. I also have to sit down sometimes and take breaks from activities that I used to do before with ease. Wish I had these BeActive compression bands while vacationing earlier this year. Good luck, thanks for watching my video.

Feel better. I do need to walk more. However, with sciatica...can be difficult. With this brace on, much easier. I didn't mention in this video that people wearing these can also sleep with it on and also do work outs...it doesn't really affect agility. I just hope this video helps at least one person out. A million views would be nice too.
