- Welcome to the cactus quest channel
in todays episode I team up with Rob Romero and a cactus collector who has been interested in the peculiar genus of cacti for sometime. Just my luck because with out his help I may not have found the plants at all.
Here is an article about the 2000 year old seed

HOLY. FUCKING. SHIT DUDE. I love Sclerocactus so it's great to finally see them get some love. Great species too, hopefully I can get my hands on some seed soon.
Love the enthusiasm. Hell yeah dude. I hope to get back out and see more of these little fuckers. Pedios and all of em.
Thanks for sharing Hunter. Always love your vids when you are out in nature in there natural habitat
Great stuff! One of my favorite little cacti, an amazing example of selection for camouflage
I've been waiting for this episode, thank you. One of my favourites, I have several in my collection.
What a fantastic episode Hunter. I enjoyed watching so much buddy😌
Beautiful to see in habitat! I have only seen them in photos and grafted.
You rock Hunter ❤🌵
Fantastic camouflage! Great to see this species in it's natural habitat. One of my all-time favourites. I've always found the seeds difficult to germinate - I've tried a few 'tricks' but only ever managed to get two to sprout. They're still going strong though 😀. Anyway, thanks for sharing - loving these videos!
What an Absolutely enjoyable 12 minutes, your the man Hunter...
Thats an insanely healthy and dense population, awesome vid as always bro💯🔥
That was trippy 🤓
my man! another banger
Those ants are called "harvester ants" and they love seeds. they also harvest lots of grass seeds and you can see the hulls outside of their ground nests.
🎉 amazing 🎉

I could see these growing up in my area. Just have to watch the rain.

I was gonna donate but all I have is rupees! somewhere between Las Cruses and TorC.. when the round tailed horned lizard began to take hold..
I have a fascination for the particularly grizzly paddle cactus type.

Hey guys could you please change the intro a little. It's too much flashing lights. I love the channel but it's really difficult to watch every time :( I'm sorry but please reconsider!
