Cap! Order a Bromelian supplement. Or make your own juice out of the fruit. Why load your body with so much sugar when your body will already be going through the shock of surgery. Wearing scrubs doesn’t mean good advice will be offered.
It really works as far as swelling goes! My brother and I got them out at the same time. I drank pineapple juice and he didn’t. He looked like a chipmunk and I looked normal 😂
I had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed, and had 0 swelling. Just sore. And I didn't drink any pineapple juice, if you want to, go ahead; but you don't have to!
I think it also mattered how intense your surgery was/how deep the teeth were. I didn’t drink and juice before my surgery, but I didn’t swell at all either
