9 months late, but I've worked a parking lot at a grocery store before. The number 1 thing I found in carts, possibly even more then groceries, were canes. People forget things.
@@nahte123456 What probably happened is that they put the canes in the carts while right next to their cars to put away groceries. But walking out of an office while forgetting a cane seems too extraordinary.
@@TonyMishima92 Sometimes yes, ut sometimes just no. I have see people go out with the cane it he cart, grab it as they stand up, the just leave it there. They genuinely do just assume they have it at all times.
@@nahte123456 It's just like a wheelchair, which I depend on. I *can* walk, though I look like a newborn colt with two broke legs. It's surprising how often I forget and end up at the wrong end of the parking lot and needing to call Uber.

Chase and Cameron's romance was one of the defining relationships of House. The show followed them through multiple arcs in their love story.
However, this couple was actually a case of art imitating life. Chase and Cameron began their relationship around the same time Jesse Spencer and Jennifer Morrison got engaged in real life.
Wasn't the thing that both actors married each other but then one had to leave the show or something so they pretended to break up in the show? Idk.
@@northernleigonare Not quite, their characters got married in-show, but irl they never did. Funny enough when Jennifer left the show and their characters broke up as a result, the actors' relationship was also on the rocks ending with them breaking up irl as well.

Love out of grief doesn’t last. When you cope with someone and fight through grief with them, you feel like you love them. It’s not always the case. In most cases, love out of grief doesn’t last.

I wonder why they never went for a Cameron/Wilson romance, Wilson is 😍 just adorable! It is funny how they try to make him seem unatractive next to Chase, when I thing Wilson looks better.

However, I think the Cameron/Wilson relationship is better as a confidante level. They seem to meld better as friends.
Cameron liked House and Wilson knew from that “what makes you think that I haven’t put the moves on her” conversation that House had feelings for her, so the relationship was not realized. Is my guess.
@@JamaicanRain Christ, what is it with shippers always having the intelligence of a peanut? They make it very clear that House doesn't like Cameron and that Cameron liked House because she had a savior complex. She thought she could change House so it was a "project" for her.
At best, House only seems curious about why Cameron would like him, so as soon as he finds out why he loses all interest. They downright say it, how can anyone still miss it?

It wouldn't work. They're both fixers. It's why it was so hard for her to even be with Chase, a guy who isn't needy, in the first place and why she kind of struggled with what her feelings were for him. Amber notwithstanding, Wilson can't hold down a relationship because as soon as the women he's with are in decent shape he gets bored and finds someone new or goes back to the old faithful king of neediness.
But yeah RSL is quite beautiful, the speed dating scene is very funny, like...uh, sure, Spencer's pretty, but are we pretending dead poet teenage vampire cheekbones man is someone else all of a sudden?
Their chemistry together was so strong.
Why does House always falls the most for women (Stacy/Lydia/Cuddy) who he then can’t be with but the once who could be right for him (Cameron/Dominika) he doesn’t feel the same about?
It’s like him solving medical mysteries, it’s all about the chase.
He's a complex, weird man
It's House. He values being a doctor above all else. He wanted too have no pain in his leg, but he gave that up when he realized he wouldn't be a good doctor. He wanted Cuddy, then realized he wouldn't be a good doctor while with her.

I used to watch this show as a kid. Now, as an adult, I'm surprised by the things I'm capable of living with. As a kid I didn't understand it well, thought about all the times I tried to cheat and felt ashamed. Now I feel as I was hit by a truck. Powerful and painful words.

It’s actually “you’d be surprised what you can live with”…..signaling that he had an affair on his wife and is living with that….which goes back to his original quote
He never said it was a woman and never said it was a romance. He certainly meant House, they are soulmates... and we also know Wilson eagerly chooses time with Greg over spending it with his wife (Christmas, dinners etc.). He loves House more than his wife while keeping it 100% platonic. Now THAT'S something I wish to see more.

Stacy was universally hated in my household when this series originally aired.
So many years later in 2021, that has not changed.
Stacey was IMO the best match for House except there was far too much painful history between them. I think, correct me if I'm wrong, but Stacey left House basically because the guilt of her kowtowing to House's demands that the doctors save House's leg, was too much when she saw how much constant pain House was in. Stacey couldn't bear the sense of her own weakness for not sticking to her guns and going forward with the amputation. House pursued her again, her husband Mark notwithstanding, and Stacey succumbed to House's pursuits. But when House saw Mark...crawling up the stairs to grab House by the legs to beg him about Stacey, House saw himself in Mark. That's why he broke it off with Stacey. I didn't hate Stacey. I pitied her. Her mistake was loving House too much that she couldn't do what was medically right when she had the authority of medical decision-making at the time House was under anesthesia.
I love House M.D. , but somehow I just can't start watching the show.
