He said he used Audacity to record his mic. Im pretty sure you can hear your microphone if you go to the control panel> sounds> recording you should see your headset's mic, select it and go to its properties and lool for an option that says "listen to this device".
I thought the mic was better than any wireless branded ones I've heard

Yeah it still works. I do not use it as my main headset though so keep that in mind. I usually test something for a couple weeks before the review.
Also this company is the 1st to truly try to stand up for poor people who are trying to get good quality things for cheap the other brands gives us garbage products for the same price wriless nowadays should not be 300$ for gaming yet we let these corporations sell us these at those ridiculous prices while all their other cheaper models don't offer wireless and their products are simply bad full of defects with useless customer support. This company is trying to help all of us by bringing to the light how a no name brand can make an affordable model of wireless equipment while the big dogs sit there selling us the same thing 5x the price there are lots of people around the world who enjoys gaming but can't because they can't afford it gaming should be accessible for everyone to enjoy they are so stupid and despicable if all the people of the planet could pay for gaming everyone would benefit more people means more revenue. 10 guys gives you 10$ =100$ if 100 people gives you 2 $ you make 200$ what a waste

my Mpow Air Pro 7.1 has beeping alert when battery dying. beeping 3 times for every 5 minutes, and gonna turn off after 15 minutes. recharge takes 2 hours more or less depending on your charger.

Not sure if you own a PS4 but in case you do. How's the max volume? On PC is always a bit louder.

I play on pc and I have all the settings as the mpow headset and mic but when I join a voice chat I can hear my friends but can’t talk
put on the adapter if u are on pc and if u r in console, try fixing voice chat settings, I literally bought it like 10min ago and im excited for it!!!

I have these. I like it and disliked the fact of turning off while charging.
You HAVE to remember to recharge when leaving your desk, etc.
PROS:
-Wireless
-Charges in ~2h
-Good sound, but needs equalization.
-Good battery - around ~18h of use.
-Mic quality is pretty decent for wireless
-Range is good. Better than Corsair HS70 for example.
-You can easily find earpads for it (Tasktar PRO 80, HyperX, etc..)
-I'm almost sure it uses C-media chip - I was able to force-install an "older not-iCue Corsair driver" on Windows and use it with Dolby and 7.1 surround and the positioning is great!
-Very solid construction and material (metal/plastic) - on-par or possibly better than some Corsair or Logitech.
-Good for surround effects (using Hesuvi).
-The drivers look a lot like they came from TakStars / ISK / HyperX....
-It does have "chambers" inside, quite like Cloud Flight, but MPOW's design.
-Battery is 1100mah, 3.7v, fairly easy to find.
CONS:
-You CANNOT CHARGE and USE it at the same time - it turns off once you plug any micro-usb cable (this really, really, really sucks!)
-Once you plug TRRS/4 pole cabe, it turns off.
-You get a LOT of crosstalk between phone and mic with the TRRS/4 pole cable - unusable.
-Too much bass. In EQ you have to lower "low frequencies", and raise "mid and highs".
-No software from MPOW - but you can use Hesuvi / Equalizer APO / VoiceMeeter and everything is better.
-Output quality (in Windows) is only 16bit / 48khz. No more, no less. Sufficient at least.
-Input quality (in Windows) is only 16bit / 16Khz. No more, no less. Sufficient at least.
OVERALL - Pretty decent, but not being able to use while charging, is really crap.
Anyway, not too bad for the price...

Bro I have this mic, I have to disconnect and reconnect the usb for it to work. Cheap headset I think I am going to return it since I have only had it a few days.

that might be a software based thing. i know the headphones dont come with software but i know on xbox there is an option for it. i dont know about playstation, if you are using the headphones on PC you can probably find something
Wireless mic to pc is horrible just cuts for no reason and you have to unplug usb to get it back only for it to go again

Honest review: The headset is good. You can make your burgers while you're listening to your classes in Uni.
The sound is loud, I can t play Warzone on the max volume cuz its killing my ears. You can hear footsteps good enough. You can tell if anyone is near you, and you can also tell where they re shooting from.
On the downside: my mic seems stuck. I don t know how to get it out. Brute force. That's it. Also, even tho the mic is flexible, it kinda pops up into your eyes if you think about it so you need to get used to it.
Also, when the volume is at its max and you re not listening to anything, you can hear a silent bzbz, I don't know how to describe it. It's not a bzbz but it's a sound, not noticeable, but it's still there.
For 50 pounds, I'm happy with it. Also, 1st floor to the ground floor, the signal is strong.
Ah, almost forgot. The sound quality is waaaaay lower if you plug the cable into your pc. I don t know if this happens because I use the front audio panel or not but I'm not gonna check this now.
The noise cancellation is good, even if can hear the environment around you.
You got an honest review. Yes, you can game well with this bad boiii. For the price, you can listen to the porn hub sound while you cook. So that's a W.

@@anyfmy4993 hi, sorry, i just saw your comment. The mic quality is ok. Just ok, like don t expect anything special. In games, your buddies will here you just fine. I didn t use the headset wired because the sound was crap. So i don t know how good the mic is during wired gaming. If you buy them for the wireless feature, don t use the cable. And as i said in my review, the mic is not detachable, not for my headset anyway. You should be fine with them, but the battery life is not great tho. Like, I think 8 hours of gaming is the maximum you can get from them. Maybe 10, but i don t know and honestly i don t remember cuz i gave them to my buddy, but he seems happy with them.

@@jrfrfr yea, there was some static noise if i remember. Don t buy them. Unless you re on a budget. Not because the battery is weak, but because you can t recharge them and play at the same time.

@@kitrattan7317 I plugged the dongle straight into the dock but be warned it you use 2.4ghz wifi it will completely disconnect your switch from the internet

It’s great right up until it doesn’t work good. Looks good, sounds good, mic works just fine until it starts cutting out both the mic and the headphones. On my second pair now and I might have to return them too. POS it looks like 😒 it seems to me this dude is motivated to be biased.

Update 3 pairs later i gave up and bought another brand at bestbuy. Happy now
@@Mickey-im3bg i realized the problem. You would need to unplug the dongle cause the dongle is not energy saving. the dongle is hot that it heats up and causes it to stop the mic from working. I had to unplug mine. Mine still works but still happy that you bought another brand.

It's gimmicky.
There's no advertising on 7.1 for these. But you can use Hesuvi on Windows and have the best virtual 7.1 surround.
