@jakkal3030 Not everyone is a gambler, and not every gabmler is irresponsible. There are many people like I am, who gamble responsibly by setting up a strict budget. Buffet prices such as $80 plus tax at Caesar's Palace actually doesn't look THAT bad when comparing to typical restaurants on the strip where every entree is at least $20 minimum without sides. A la Carte menu ordering can adds up REALLY quickly if you don't watch out. So $80 plus tax give you way more selections and food.

I can’t tell you how much, as a 34 year resident here, or as a tourist, your reports are fabulous. Your right about September being a little quiet, except that the NFL begins, and the weekends at the sports books will be crazy. November, December, and February 2024 will be the busiest time that this city will ever have.

Oh wow, a Zippy's? That is a classic Hawaii chain restaurant. They are famous for their chili! I'd want to check it out the next time I'm there. Hoping to make it over there later this year. A helpful video, as always. Also, not surprised to hear about bedbugs at Circus Circus. But I get it can be hard to control.

I liked video. Just kinda felt like the bed bug situation could’ve been an opportunity for you to tell people to check when they get in rooms, where to look, what to look for. Etc.. most probably know what to look for but some may not. I 💯 do not believe they were 1 off incidents. Just gotta be careful and inspect. I leave my luggage in bathroom most of the time.

Hi Ruby! I'm visiting Vegas in October from your home state WISCONSIN!! (also your hometown in SE WI) Not sure if you are a Green Bay Packer fan, but would you possibly have recommendations on a good place to watch the Packer game on October 9th?
Me and my partner are visiting Vegas November 20th - November 27th for a week and staying at the Vennecian. So far we have Hells Kitchen, Mom Ami Gabi, Becchanal Buffet, MSG Sphere, Mysterie by Cirque du Sole, Blueman Group and the Strat Sky Jump booked. We also have a Go City all inclsuive pass for other attractions. Anyone have any other advice for things we can do. We have a free schedule on Saturday and Sunday but the Vegas nightclubs look super pricey. We are EDM fans however

10:58 Zippy's is a diner-style restaurant that features dishes from different cultures that have landed in Hawaii during the plantation era, including that of Hawaiian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Filipino, Portuguese, and American to name a few... while the restaurant is famously from Hawaii, it is NOT known in Hawaii as a place for authentic "Hawaiian" food.
Their chili was considered tops when I was a kid but yeah, it is local food, not traditional (pre-contact) Hawaiian food per se. Every time Hawaiian food is mentioned, I think of the mountain of bagged poi I used to see at the supermarket, and I would be so tempted to poke my stubby fingers at the bags and make dents in them, and my mom would yell at me. I realize that's not really authentic either but that was my local experience. That and making actual poi with my first grade class back in the day.

Hi Ruby, I really love your videos and all your recommendations. I work on the strip and September is actually a pretty busy month this year for us. Its Mexican Independence on the 16th of September and all throughout September we have many Latino concerts all over the strip. We also have Canelo Alvarez boxing event at TMOBILE Arena and UFC fight. Many fun activities coming up to enjoy a nice cocktail or margarita 😊💃. Cheers!
