Been smashing 4 quarts of water per day, sugar water, banana smoothies and really easy simple Carb rich meals - feeling great and watching my colleagues lag behind with their caffeine scavenging. Thank you Harley
Funny at trade school and then at work im always so tired and can barely walk at speed. But as soon as I knock off, BOOM let's smash out a bike ride, go to the gym go for a run, unlimited energy when its something im into. But work related brain goes foggy, loose confidence and run out of energy. Exactly what you said, its emotional fatigue but I have no physical fatigue even though people at work think that. Money doesn't motivate me much, its so shallow and I feel like I don't need much.
loni jane also posted on her story the other day all the health issues she’s been experiencing including fatigue and rapid weight gain.. back in the day she thrived on 10 banana smoothies for breakfast but has since replaced that with fatty meals.. sugar phobia = fatigue and poor health ‼️

This is so true. People I work with ask me all the time how I get enough protein and how am I not deficient in iron then contradict themselves by being gobsmacked at how active I am 🤷🏻♀️
Good video, I've cut my coffee usage down dramatically this year (much more than any other year) and it allowed my performance to go up a lot as a result. Sugar is also essential for performance and quality of life.

It is actually when the body is low enough, that you will feel really hungry really fast, sometimes really tired. I usually have 5 to 7 meal each day depending on how much exercise I do, I really recommend to have enough body fat that can make yourself control within 4 meals a day.
Been vegan almost 9 years, veggie before that for over 20 years. Been high carb low fat now and Since that and giving up caffeine I no longer get the afternoon tired feeling that I used to get daily!
Thanks so much for doing what you do brother man! I'm vegan hclf for 1 month now and it feels like I've been given a super power like superman or whatever but I don't know how to control it or use it yet. It's crazy and weird and beautiful
hat is epic🤪. the old intro was better🤩 troll me, unsubscribe! next level confidence❤️ and yeah glucose exhaustion makes you tired. and you forget to mention that vegans need 50% more sugar then regular people because we are constantly getting shit for our diet.
I understand that vegan seems to be the best way. I’ve heard so many fitness experts recommend around 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Carbs vs Protein levels is something that I’m trying to understand better. The transtion to being all plant based is tough. Also, my wife is a diabetic which complicates the issue. I’ve listened to you for years and llike the cycling content.
99% of those 'fitness experts' are using anabolic steroids and lying about it. They use the protein thing as a smokescreen. Ive been in the steroid scene since 97. Worked in gyms since 99. 1000% your wifes life will TOTALLY transform if she follows my protocols of high sugar low low fat. :)
I didn’t watch this video but I’m gunna say. “They don’t eat enough carbs, or enough food in general” go ahead and leave a like if I’m right and a dislike if I’m off.
Hey bud I have asked a couple times before I watch your videos I get a lot of helpful information from you that has worked now that I am back working at a company as a truck driver I do not have as much time to exercise I still go out and jog on the weekends approximately 10 to 12 miles I also go to the gym and work out once a week I follow Your advice on eating ,sugar and carbs , fruits ETC. I am a guy 5 foot 9 and I am stuck at between 169 pounds and 171 pounds whether I eat a lot of carbs and sugar and work out more or eat a little bit less it’s like I’m stuck at a plateau what can I do to get down to around 155 pounds? Well when you gain 20kg on this diet it's really not fun and how is it healing when your blood pressure goes up and can't really cycle as long as I used to indoors. Don't even want to look at my blood work that I'm going to do next month. Have no medical history but over trained for some time on the bike which affected my TSH.
@@Bayo106 10gramm carbs per kg a day now and before have always eaten till I was full. People always were surprised how much I ate even before the 10gramm/kg bodyweight of carbs. Never used stims. No coffee or tea as I don't like the taste. On coffee the smell also makes me nauseated. Painkillers I have never used like you think. Only at the dentist (of they had to drill) or when I had an operation which was only for 10 days after. Seems like I'm insane.
Durian rider, I love you, and love your videos, but your definitions of “objective” and “subjective” were pretty horrendous! But thanks for the dietary advice, that was really good.
Fat doesn't positivly influence testosterone because if it did then obese people would have high T instead of low T. What levels are you trying to get and why? When I know that answer then I can tell you exactly how to do it.
@@durianriders Okay thanks mate ,I have symptoms that relate to low testosterome like low fatigue, hard time getting a erection have to pop the blue pill just to feel normal, but I'm actually a bit lean 19.3 bmi and 25 years old.
