I wonder if music production would be more efficient if we just did the whole thing from start to finish inside the car. 😁

If lursen had a 6 band EQ it would be the only thing I'd ever need. But with mixes that just need slight polish and volume increase its very effective. T-Racks Max is surgical. Really good purchase for me. Both of them.

Hello Nu-Trix, another great video. I’ve tried the Subpac out at the studio of a producer friend of mine. It’s really awesome how great this equipment is! It makes mixing on headphones almost the same as on monitors. At least as far as feeling the low frequencies go, though. Reverb, delay, stereo tool enhancers are better be done on monitors. Headphones are binaural. I also see you have the same headphone I also use very often, the AKG K240 mk II!!

Is it wise to use a preset chain together with the master match module, or is it better to use the master match module alone?

I would recommend to use the Master match alone

@@Nu-trix Thank you for your reply! Sometimes, I use it with a mildly adjusted chain of eq, comp, and limiter.

I am a bit confuse when u are using master match. You are taking a mastered song as reference.. and then u play your song from your daw that's not mastered..it's just mixed isn't it? Both song (reference and source) should be mastered for fair match isn't it?

For whatever reason, my doesn’t let me eq the results the way you’re doing. Idk

Did it sound good in your car? Did you have to make adjustment ? Can we get a update video?

I hear what needed to be rebalanced but mostly I did not like the structure of the song. I have to go back and fix that before finishing the master.

    Im gona help you....
fist get a really good mix........Sonically...they way you want it, before you master......
    then mix into your master...
Start with tone shaping eqing...with PA Soma...or Pulsar Passive EQ
Then Tone Shap wth intensity and over all color of our mix with TR5 One
Then re add...light compression....to glue the new Master.....
Then add....light Satuaration that from a plugin that compliments the Song...
Then Limit...and use the Compressor and Main Music Track to get the Master as loud as you can, but withine LUFS standards...of Streaming......
at -14......allow...a tiny bit of clipping......so the Master will be warm enough but not distorted.....
thats how you master a good mix...use your ears...and use the sound of your own studio...learn the sound your own studio...instead of a software
You knowing the sond of your studio...in balance with your headphones...will allow your ears to work better for you than a vr mixing room....
