Very nice Mastering suite. I had some very good results with some mastering I did with T-RackS 5. Heads up to iK Multimedia for the cool update.

Love the look of the standalone version. If it allowed automation and 3rd party plugins then i would use it as my primary mastering DAW

Great video. I've been using T racks 3 for a while to do my mastering and I most say it's awesome. Now the 5th version seems more amazing. Great job with the review. What's the condenser mic are you using there?

please tell me which program capture video screen? i have tried different applications but do not write the sound of the cubase because...please help me. Regards from Greece
I use Screenflick on my work computer and Screenflow on my laptop to do the screen capture. Screenflow is better since you can do your editing as well... For audio, I have a dedicated stereo out from my interface that goes into a 4ch Tascam DR-70D recorder where I record Cubase audio and my microphone. You can record audio directly in Screenflow using Soundflower.

Hi Chris, Just watched your T Racks 5 overview again, which I already liked. I recently bought the Max version. For me it is a very cool tool for mastering and so many great emulations of classic gear. For the price, it's awesome. Would be great if you could find time to do some videos of the classic EQ's and compressors, when used in the mix, rather than when mastering.

I've been really happy with IK plugins for a while now. . . I still haven't used the stand alone version much - thanks for the review! All in all - it seems like "less" of a reason to blow money on wavelab with all the new metering/cd creation in the stand alone
The cd Assembly is a very cool feature for sure!

i love your video ...but i am confused and need help. i have cubase 8..and just did a t-racks test version for a few days it says i have...but when i go to inserts...i see nothing for t-racks for mixing. what do i do ...how do i open it up...how did you load the " T-RACK SUITE "... i am confused with this. please write back and thank you .
Make sure they are well installed in the correct VST or VST3 folder.

I don't use FL Studio but if this can be done, it will be through the REWIRE feature in Cubase
I have an issue with t racks 5 and cubase(8.5 &9.5). The plugins show up in the plugin list when inserting one ans an insert plugin. But it does not load it when I click on it.
The stand alone version works just fine.
Oh, that sucks! In 9.5, check the VST Plugin Manager to make sure that the T-Racks plugins are well installed or on the Blacklist... You can re-install T-Racks and if that doesn't do it, contact Ik Multimedia support.
Thanks Chris. I've found the problem. As ofren the problem was in front of the screen. I've overseen that the plugins I wanted to use where the old ones from T-Racks. But they where already uninstalled. For some reason they show up in my Pluginlist I aranged myself.

Obviously, the learning curve is quiet steep. I have free access to this mastering software as a part of my purchase of the Lursen mastering console. As a cinematic orchestral composer, I am not yet sure if this can fit the cinematic mastering realm. But before I download and install it, I want someone to tell me if it's good for mastering cinematic music.
of course, you should always master your tracks with a fresh ear.

I have a question. How to import t-tracks 5 to a DAW to be able to work on the entire panel of T-racks and not just on individual plugins? Greetings from Poland!
In your DAW mixing channels find plugin called "T-RackS Suite". That`s the panel with all plugins where you can build your chain.

@@jazzytea T-racks was recommended to me by a good friend who has been using it for several years. I just bought it. Only I was a little disappointed that I cannot open plugins in the panel🤪. It's great now. I think that's enough for my needs. Thanks bro!

"IK Master Match" does a better job than "Ozone 8 Elements" - increasing bass frequencies to pro mastering levels.
i dont get it, logic pro x has the exact same tools but less fancy..---- were is the difference ?P?
I don't know, I don't work with Logic
I found that the lufs metering was inaccurate and slow compared to say ozone or even stock metering.
