Because bees aren’t a sign of the imminent Apocalypse. But they should be.
It is weird though. You can run from locusts, but no matter how far, or how fast you run, you won’t outrun the apocalypse. I mean, I assume. I don’t really believe that the world is going to end at the hands of God. We’re doing a perfectly fine job of it all by ourselves.

As a person with a severe fear of bees, my anxiety went: 📈 while watching this video.

@Nikolai Knight I honestly don't and can't blame you. I got the shivers and itchiness everywhere as well. Especially the bees that were crawling over the sound entrance. This is a job I would *NEVER* do. Not even for a million dollars. *NOPE!*

well not really trying to change your mind , but these are African Honey bees, they are way way way more agressive than other honeybees like in Europe or other breeds really.

@@v1ncent111 I believe you. I saw clips of people working with or trying to remove Africanized nests, they really are a piece of work. Crazy. A man couldn't even get close to the nest because already then they were getting pissed off. I must say, though that my fear is getting less and less. I watched a lot more videos and became more sympathetic and interested with the bees. But I don't think I would still try and get close.

@@v1ncent111 The only problem is that they look almost identical to the Western Honeybee. Slightly smaller, I'm told... but the only way you really know is if they get a whole swarm to attack you in wild abandon, and that's probably too late.
I live in New Mexico right now and while I have great respect for bees anyway, I make it a point not to piss one off.

That seems a little reckless to just tear open the hive without reducing their numbers first. They attack for hundreds of yards and you are right next to a busy street. Any pedestrian on the street could be attacked.
