- The Honda Civic makes up for the majority of the European FWD Leaderboard and the power some of them produce is just mind boggling! This compilation contains a mixture of power plants, N/A and forced induction including K-Series, B-Series and even D-Series!

Yea, the vtec motors aren’t great for boost, motors that don’t have it run boost better. It’s better to have a vtec motor is ur gonna keep it n/a and do a track day.

@@jcast3126 I think the main selling point for these engines is the fact that you used to be able to buy a b or k series motor at a bargain bin for a buck fifty and swap it in under a day if you are good enough, so it would be cheaper to switch out the block then have the turbo send enough air to give a whale hyperoxia

The Selling points for Honda engines are:
- EXTREME performance for the size. Both stock, and upgraded.
- Rock-Solid reliability. Stock, they refuse to die. Upgraded it depends on who built it, but still they take abuse.
- Stupid-big catalog of upgrade parts.
- Super easy to work on / maintain / repair.
- They come in very good cars overall, and mated to perfectly short, and really good gearboxes.
- The price is really good for what you are buying.
- They were produced by the shit-ton so parts and replacements are easy to come by.
- The size is so small, that you can swap them in almost any car.
- Obviously stock, but also heavily tuned they retain (because of VTEC) the drivability even with high output numbers.
- They bear a very, VERY heavy name, (Honda) if you care about that. Which I do. A LOT.
People don't chose Honda engines for no reason.
People chose Honda engines, because at any specific size, if there is a Honda engine, the Honda engine is most likely better than the competition.
If you need a 5L V8, Honda isn't your cup of tea, but those engines that they do make, are TOP-TIER.
Honda the power of dreams and formula 1 winners 🏆, can't get better than that.

Have to say I love the upper left grandstand view. You need a trackside launch view then switch to grandstand view at that would be really awsome. I know it's not that simple 😂

@@mk1kieran you could use a wifi actioncam, start/stop/download recordings with your phone while at a different angle/part of the track. i got one for £50 that works a treat!

The Honda Civic is usually regarded as a piece of shit car to some people because they are usually owned by douchebags who put unnecessary modifications or rice ( race inspired cosmetics enhancement) mods into their cars but I’m glad there’s people out there who puts actual effort into their civic’s to make them perform better, reaching the car’s limits.

Thing is though, these are BUILT drag cars. I’m not trying to make a bunch of excuses but, if a built v8 muscle car raced one of these it would be much more fair.

Thank you! The most time consuming bits is going back and finding all the clips there's a few hours there alone! Worth it though as I weirdly find it enjoyable looking back at the old stuff.
