- This week we found out the Veloster N is going out of production. While this is tragic news, at least the car was able to excel in its last Daily Motor appearance. The hot hatch made us proud, and smoked EPA.

Great vid brother recently just bought a 2019 racing red 6speed! Man I love this thing! Wasn't in the market for a vehicle but my 21 accord 2.0t was totaled so I ended up with the veloster I gotta say I'm not dissapointed I wish the car market wasn't so terrible or I would of bought a brand new one but it is what it is! 9/10 fun factor! Hyundai you might be on to something!
Love the videos! Just eagerly waiting for your MPG test of the 2023 Kia Sportage!
That’s actually not too bad pretty decent mpg for a daily! That was really my only concern about this car
I have Veloster 2017 and it is still fun to drive.
I am gonna upgrade to N latest model
I'd love to see how the Elantra N compares next!
It’ll be similar if not better.
@@1209MArky I believe the Elantra and Kona N have a lower final drive than the veloster N, which should definitely help fuel economy
I love how Hyundai is low balling it's numbers for horsepower, torque, and mpg for these N cars.
It’s MPG is way better than noted. I get 30+ in my Kona N averaging 80 mph between eco and some sport for passing.
Do you think they did the mpg test in N mode? Just wondering.
I have never used eco. Normal till it's warmed up then n mode after. Need a test like that.
How's tyre and road noise
Get one while you can because they discontinuing it after this year....
Discontinued it this month sadly
I do mostly city driving and I rarely use A/C average I get is 16 mpg in sport mode
Would be nice to see if 8sp DCT is as efficient.
He already made a video on that! It's here: ua-cam.com/video/my3lmaxzVYc/v-deo.html&ab_channel=DailyMotor (spoiler: it's pretty much the same)
@@louiszhang3050 True, 34mpg. Probably a little cause of the winter driving.
Hey what's happening I've purchase a 2020 Hyundai veloster turbo r spec I've changed out the Mufflers and exhaust tips and I changed out the spoiler with the carbon fiber on the spoiler not with the pandemic happened now it's going to get one 👋👍🙂♥️
