Cedrick Tillman is very similar to Tee Higgins and Nico Collins in that they all are wr that tested to be basically above average in all categories without being outstanding in any other than size really. Really high upside with those types

Deshaun couldn't lead. No enthusiasm. That's one thing I liked about Baker. He got people excited. Deshaun was just there. I never liked the experiment. I'm so glad it's over. So much more energy. I think the guys had given up on Watson
I predicted 342 and 3rd for Winston I’m the morning yesterday. Only 8 yards off. The browns are a good football team. We had one issue that was corrected and now we have a new lease on the season. Our floor is 7-10 and our ceiling is 9-8 in my opinion. Winston will make some mistakes but we are going to move the ball down the field and give our defense a chance to make some magic.
So I looked at the rest of the schedule and most of those games I would say are very winnable with a good qb. Don’t look now but I think we could see a CRAZY finish

I agree that the Browns just need consistency at this point. I would like to see them in the playoffs or at least in the hunt for the next 3-5 years. Build a winning culture, an identity and be a place where co-ordinators want to stay rather than jump ship at the first opportunity. Look at the Ravens and Steelers who have a history of being above average teams who are there or there about come the end of the season. From that foundation you can build a superbowl team. At the moment the Browns seem to lurch from one disaster to another.

28:00 I had big Ced's insane block against Kyle Van Noy from last year on repeat all day sunday. That's still one of my top 5 favorite plays from a brown all time. That was when i knew as a rookie that Cedric Tillman gave a shit and deserved a real chance. It was just so damn funny to see a Baltimore player and ravens fans being so upset that it was a "dirty hit". Like, ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? That's like steeler fans being upset about Vontaze Burfict and thinking they didn't deserve any of it lmao. But I digress. Van Noy got up bitching and moaning, then shoved Tillman after the following play when Cedric blocked him again and got penalized for unnecessary roughness. So goddamn funny. ANYWAYS! I love this team and always have. They were just sleepwalking waiting for Deshaun to step down from the throne or someone to stab Caesar. Turns out Caesar stabbed himself. I firmly believe Kevin was being held at proverbial gunpoint by Jimmy Haslam to keep playing Deshaun and make it work because of the "Sunken Cost Fallacy". And everyone knew he wasn't the answer. I don't care if we don't make the playoffs this year. What matters more is that football is fun again... this whole season it was just miserable and depressing and for the first time ever, I didn't give a shit who we were playing and didn't have optimism at all. They could tank and get the #5 pick, or push and get 15-20. Either way, a slight improvement in draft order isn't worth selling the team culture. We've seen plenty of guys drafter even in the top 15 who were straight busts or mediocre at best.

And as far as that decoy statement remember when OBJ was here he kevin said he was a decoy on multiple plays he was open and didn’t get the ball! Its clear its a Kevin thing! To put it all on Watson when there was multiple factors that was different is fools gold brodie!

He sacrificed a season, because he can't admit he was bamboozled by the Texans. Wouldn't allow Watson to be benched. If he watched Watson's games, he would have known Deshaun was coached hard. Watson held out when O'Brien was fired. Did the Texans a favor, because he would have been terrible in 2021 without O'Brien.
Was it, because Stefanski wasn't the play caller? No 4K passer in Stefanski's tenure as a play caller in his coaching career. Ken Dorsey made a bad Josh Allen passer into a great Josh Allen passer. Imagine if he were the play caller during Watson's time. Maybe Dorsey could have gotten the best out of him.
