Coaching and management are 90% responsible for the response from the fans to Deshaun’s injury, with the already atrocious public perception he has for off the field issues, you CANNOT let this guys go out there and start at home after his awful play this season. There’s gonna be hell to pay for this kind of mismanagement and behavior from the staff as a whole.
Pretty much the whole offense lol and I’d honestly consider trading Jeudy and Elijah Moore and develop our drafted receivers. Also draft a Chubb successor this offseason.
I thought prior to the season this team would max out around 4 wins. We saw enough sample size on Deshaun to know with the schedule we had that he wouldn’t get it done. With Winston I think we could have hit 7-9 wins but idk now at this point
Watson beat the ravens last year? He had a very good game against the titans. He played fine in Stefanski’s offense. Everyone has played like shit in Ken Dorsey’s offense. The new OLine coach and the receivers coach we have are bad. Idk why we still have the WR coach. Deshaun was having a decent day when he went down at 15/17. I will say tho, he’s too much of a check down Charlie in this offense. Not to mention the past two years they’ve gone to a damn country club for camp. They’re all soft.
@@codymakk yeah I actually thought Watson was starting to get his groove back and the offense was looking better overall with the threat of Nick Chubb. I would have like to have seen him play with Chubb and I would have loved to see Flacco play with Chubb. But even still Watson has happy feet back there and has not looked comfortable in any games outside of that titans game last year. The ravens comeback was great too but I don’t think it’s enough.
If Watson was benched after the Washington boat race but before the Cincinnati home game, he wouldn't have gotten hurt. Period. (BTW, you had me at The Browns complete Browns fans!) No big drama, no Tim Couch repeat, no friction between players and fans and maybe some fun football and possibly another win or two. Not standing up or applauding some fans poor choices or actions. Just saying I think this situation could have been avoided. OK. Let's move on, move forward and make better choices. Excited about and for Winston. This could be fun! Go Browns!
Fans need to take responsibility for their actions. If you cheered when he went down this is on you. Full stop. The players put their asses on the line with each snap of the ball. If you value your dollars more than the health of the players that you support…get a new hobby or sport to follow. You may not like DW4 that’s fine. But to openly mock him when he’s hurt is f**ked and that makes you eligible for a**hole of the decade. How many players around the league do you think are willing to come to Cleveland after a hopelessly callous display like that?? This was bad but not insurmountable at least until the fans turn on the players by cheering when they go down. It shows a lack of class and caring that most fanbases wouldn’t dare do. As a lifelong fan…I’m embarrassed; likely for the last time. This has me contemplating quitting altogether bc it’s demonstrates that we don’t know how to act as humans anymore and I don’t want to be associated with such ppl. I can only hope there were other fans that openly rebuked the a-holes who lack the common decency to show empathy when due. Pathetic new low Cleveland Browns fans. No one cares about how starved you are for wins more than they should be about the health of the players.
DTR has nothing man. He needs to bulk up. He did better than last year considering he actually threw the ball down field. However, he is not the future. He is a solid back up.
@codymakk You think Winston is the future? I mean sure he might be better then DTR right now, but he's also in his 30s. Give DTR time to develop and we may yet see him impress, I don't think it's a permanent solution but for this season and maybe next I think it's better, since DTR will actually be here for 2 more years on his rookie deal. And who knows, maybe we'll make something great in the process.

With regard to our boys on the field, the penalties, the poor tackling, the poor effort, the coaching needs to change, with their holding players accountable. And when you keep repeating the penalties, then like Pete Carroll used to say, “I take it personal when my players commit penalties and it’s embarrassing.” Then there’s the decision making by Stefanski, his penchant for 3rd or 4th & short, he seems to overthink the situation on the field and ends up turning the ball over with his decision to play action (with a suspect OLine) and it’s a broken play. Again at the goal line, he tries to get cute with his play calling again, when we are on the one yard line. Give it to your running backs, and go get your touchdown. Nope, it’s some gadget play or too cute for prime time, and it’s a busted play. Stefanski does some head scratching things like his “Empties” when we should be running the ball. Again SteFLUNSKI as I have come to name him has me yelling at the tv every week. This guy has no one fired up and showing any life out there or sense of urgency. He just can’t get out of his own way. I have been a Browns fanatic since 1975. The coach makes a BIG difference. Like you say I could go on for hours on this. You are so right, the culture of winning is HUGE also. We just don’t have what the other successful teams have. And the injuries since Stefanski came has me wondering why he isn’t addressing the problem, and find out why! The trainers are not doing what they should be doing correctly? Or is it something else? There are alot of other teams that stay relatively minor in the injury dept. There has to be a reason why yr after yr the same injuries are taking place. Stefanski hiring Callahan replacement being a one year college experienced OLine coach? Then changing the scheme and bringing in a new offensive coordinator- in name only because Stefanski can’t let go of the play calling . There are a lot of issues that fall on his head, in my humble opinion. Someone has to get this right before I go to my grave. I really am doubting it will happen anytime soon. Well my friend, there is so much wrong with our team it’s another year of it being a bleak future. And last but not least, the cheering of the injury on Deshaun was abhorrent and disgusting. Being a longtime fan, I have noticed a difference in fans. We NEVER booed our players back in the 70’s-80’s. We BOOED the opposition, but never our own. We largely felt bad when they were struggling. We backed them even in the dark years. The fans of today, have an odd “mob” mentality, where they are happy when winning, but cannot handle the losing at the same time. Okay I have gone off enough and vented some of my frustration. It’s just a tough thing to take, as you know. God bless you Joey, and thanks for your show and all your hard work! All the optimism you get out of me, for now is…. “Go Browns”….that’s all I got! I am surprised that I have that much optimism anymore.

I’m actually upset that the front office and owners got bailed out of having to bench Watson. Would have rather seen them circle the drain. We could now win a couple games, if stafanski pulls off a winning season or near .500 he really will get a PhD in winning coach of the year
They say "management" deserves the situation they're in, not the fans. After they cheered for ANYONE getting hurt out there.....yeah, you deserve it too.
Lol they ain't cheering he got hurt , no one cares about him getting hurt. They are cheering because they have to start a different QB. Blame dingleberry and deposesta for the fan reaction if it bugs you. They demanded Watson starting no matter what.
I think if you’re designating a bridge year for next year why not go get Flacco back. I’ve wanted Winston in since week 1 but if we aren’t going to use him then just go get Flacco back if he’s available. We can watch him with a healthy Chubb
It hard for me to make a definitive call on Watson because there is a viable explanation as to what happened, but I fundamentally disagree with the take you can’t cheer for the downfall of bad people. If he’s actually guilty I would have no problem with people cheering his death even.
Because The Gods hate Cleveland Browns fans and removed their only hope of turning the season around. Watson was 26-29 (90%) at 240 yards for the last 4 quarters of play. Who are going to blame now as they keep losing because they have a shot O-line.

Here I’ll tell you the future. We will limp through this season and maybe win 1 more game. Next season will be as awful. The next year the front office will be canned and we will be right back where we started and left longing for an actual football team
Fire everyone, trade everyone that you can get a 3 or better. Try to build for 3 to 4 years from now . They have zero chance of being competitive with at least 10 teams. The Browns are slow and old and there coaching is atrocious and very predictable. Sorry it’s over for years right now.
Hate to be negative but this is about the worst I’ve ever seen the Cleveland browns from a fan base and as a franchise. The team is so poorly coached, has no fight. That Cleveland fight/attitude is nonexistent right now. Every week there’s someone throwing a helmet on the sideline and now we’re booing our starting qb getting carted off the field. I feel almost ashamed to be associated with browns fans at this point. That was so classless, yeah Deshaun has made his mistakes but he’s human. I’m not gonna cheer for the man when he snaps his Achilles…cmon now. A career altering injury and we’re gonna laugh and cheer as he’s carted off the field…the Cleveland browns are a dumpster fire from every perspective. I’m sorry but we don’t deserve Nick Chubb in CLE. From a football standpoint some big changes need to be made. Depodesta needs to be fired tomorrow, stefanski and berry need to be gone as well if we are rebuilding. No faith in these guys drafting and building young players
This is my final conclusion to a very bad Cleveland Browns season: The Browns as a team aren’t in a good place, and the fans of the Browns aren’t in a good place.
It's really jacked up because I like this and at least 4 other Browns channels but I can't support them anymore simply because I don't want hear about the Cleveland Browns. I'll just take a sht instead
Yall are missing the mark. We don't care. Put a winning product on the field and stop patronizing us. Cheering so we don't have to see that trash from the owners box
The Browns fans got exposed and now they have to dea with the repercussions. Cheering that injury turned all the players against the fanboys. There no way any players will want to be or come here. It will be great if Myles demands a trade and Chubb leaves after this season. Cleveland doesn't deserve a football team.
Nah. They won't come here because the organization is mismanaged. The Browns created this situation, kept it going long overdue, sold the fans alcohol which made decision making worse. The media heated up the room. Everyone is to blame. Turn the page everyone.
Where do we draw the line? Come on. Get off your podiums. He was brought for the sole purpose of improving our offense and that came with so much baggage off the field. He barely played. When he did he sucked. No redeeming qualities from this trade. Any team would have a portion of their fanbase react the same. Truly the blame needs to be put on coaching and management for putting this into place and refusing to adjust and make it go away. Also blame the media for raising the temperature of the room and attempting to gaslight everyone that this is the same as a Nick Chubb injury. It's not for so many ways. If Joe Burrow went down in Cleveland Browns Stadium I guarantee you the place would go quiet and and he would get a standing ovation. Everyone needs to turn the page but we're going to make this into Bottlegate.

I’m sorry but we don’t deserve Nick Chubb in CLE. From a football standpoint some big changes need to be made. Depodesta needs to be fired tomorrow, stefanski and berry need to be gone as well if we are rebuilding. No faith in these guys drafting and building young players
Dont sexually assault DOZENS of women and fans might show some compassion when you get hurt.
No fan should cheer for someone going down, obviously they NEVER played above Jr High! With that being said KS brought this down!
Call Denver, go get Zach Wilson.
@Denver Get Justin Fields.
When did Michael Jackson do that

This is my final conclusion to a very bad Cleveland Browns season: The Browns as a team aren’t in a good place, and the fans of the Browns aren’t in a good place.
It's really jacked up because I like this and at least 4 other Browns channels but I can't support them anymore simply because I don't want hear about the Cleveland Browns. I'll just take a sht instead
That’s a good idea
Yall are missing the mark. We don't care. Put a winning product on the field and stop patronizing us. Cheering so we don't have to see that trash from the owners box
That's what you get when you put a shifty sexual deviant on the field. That's not Cleveland Browns
No one knows who Cody is. Stay focused and consider your audience.
if this is a troll that is hilarious
Michael Jackson was not a predator ass! Im out this trash
jackson was a complete pedophile. Why else would a grown man be sleeping in a bed with a child that is not his. Shame on you
Ahhh how convenient to just make a decision because it suits your interests more
@@optimisticfanclub how does not believing an aquited man fit my interest? I don't know Michael Jackson . I just believe my eyes, ears, instinct and what people that ACTUALLY knew him and were close to him say.
I finally get my wish too see Kevin get fired to blame everything on Watson and not the coach is insane to me. But now Kevin is under the microscope can’t blame Watson for bad o line receiver dropping balls and the play calling now. So yea let’s really see how bad this team is without Watson since this fan base wanting him gone so bad. I know who’s to blame Kevin Stafanski the worst head coach in browns history got all the talent but don’t know how to coach it what coach had all this talent and still sucks in browns history? Kevin Stafanski
Tomlin's standard is mid. I've no idea why he gets his ego felated so much.
Back up QB wasn’t even ready?😂
Sums up the Coaching Staff,Losers across the board
Ravens next, now what? They put up what?42-48 on the Horrible O line,
The cheering is typical Cleveland. Reopen the factory. Sadness.
Joseph. A neck tattoo??
You know who’s also a predator?? Jake Burns but no one has a problem with that guy. So yeah where is the line drawn?
what
@@crablegs. ???
Does he play on the browns no clue who that is. Fuck him and trump too.
Who is jake burns?
He got killed every week. How could nobody foresee an injury? They knew he couldn’t hold up a whole season. This was the organization out. Move on.
He did it to himself. 85% of his sacks were his fault.
The Michael Jackson reference here is complete garbage. The individuals responsible for the accusations came out after his death and admitted they made it all up in hopes for lawsuit money
They did not come out and admit they were “making it up” stop talking out of your ass - and the point is that people support icons/businesses that are morally corrupt without even caring
@joericottone upon further review (and further research) I retract my initial comment and concede my point - don't know where tf I heard it but at some point I did, but having seen anything to back it up apologies king 🙏🏻
Appreciate the retraction brother and I apologize for my harshness🙏🏽🙏🏽
I am going to say booing someone hurt is classless cause it is. Watson is human and hiding behind ALLEGATIONS to be disgusting is weak. Its sad af for him... he actually cried while they clapped.
He admitted wrongdoing and settled all the "allegations" as you put it🙄. Idc if he cried and screamed, he can hit that button all he want. Dudes garbage and should have been booed off the field prior to this.
Do you think that he has this type of compassion for his victims? The only reason someone would defend someone like him is because they are like him. So when was your sexual assault case?
@@mitchbrown6652at the same time we have a justice system for a reason. I personally know someone who was falsely accused of things by MULTIPLE people. Actually worked for and under them. Like Watson they did things they shouldn’t have done BUT over half of the things they were accused of were absolutely false. I know for a shadow of a doubt they were false because the accusers described employees that didn’t exist, building layouts that were completely incorrect, buildings that don’t even exist outright, alleged accomplices that physically they couldn’t have done the things accused of, and timeframes I know for a fact would be impossible.
@@MrPloppy1 Its really creepy for you to just make all that up. Because you clearly did. You are obviously a sick person and defending watson for a reason. I hope that you get the help that you clearly need
Yeah more ballers are needed in this can’t afford anything economy…. 😂😂😂
This is an L take. He got 250 mil. Barely played. Was garbage when he played and hisncharacternwas at best, shitty. its not like people were cheering a life threatening injury? He hurt his leg. He is laughing his way to the bank. Absolutely ridiculous to think these people care.
Yep. He assaulted dozens of women and got away with it because he has money. Fuck him.
LOL “he hurt his leg” - like I said about 50 times in this, I’m not standing in judgement of anyone doing it, I’m saying I would not have and I completely understand why the players are upset
@joericottone if you gave me 250 mil and then told me I didn't have to play anymore because of a situation I can't control for a team that hated me... I'd expect the booing and wave to the crowd as I was carted out. It's all theatre.
Big show.
@@TALK-0THECONURE so much easier said when you’re not the one in his shoes. you have no idea how you’d react
@@tonyjunior92 you're right. Watson is so in touch with his feelings. Other than when he is assaulting people, of course.
Bucs fan here, Be careful with Winston. A small bit of success, he will start losing control.
L video, Joey
I think you should be talking about your failed prediction for the Browns and why on earth you would pull for a team that just flat out sucks and will never get better.
I cheered for his downfall and would cheer again. These players are lucky there are anymore fans to complain about. Truly a shut up and dribble moment.
It wasn’t very righteous to cheer when Watson was injured, but if we were righteous Watson wouldn’t have been playing in the NFL to begin with.
Your not Shit neither Dude you cheered yourself keep it real....
You’re*
Pop called it from day one. I like fat old coaches 😂 the skinny young guy coach thing is over.
