I’m sorry grandpa passed away it goes to show even birds get attached to people my friend who has a umbrella cockatoo when his mom passed away unexpectedly from a stroke snowball was very sad for a long time she did not wanna come out of cage very often she would get upset with me because I had some changes in life making my visits less frequent there was someone in the house she didn’t like but eventually she got to moved a friend of ours is taking care of her until he can get a place where he can have her but eventually she was happy again I didn’t know how it was gonna go when I saw her after being moved I didn’t know how that would go at first I opened her cage I started talking to her and petting her after a few minutes she actually relaxed to the point where she closed a eye and came out at her own will and so since then most of the time when I see her it goes well
