Testing the Rolls Royce Ghost air pump solenoid value with a meter.

I purchased a new value solenoid to see if it would fit my ghost. it didn't. but it did give me some insight to what might be the problem with mine. I am waiting for my Rolls Royce solenoid to arrive in 6 days.
