Hidden London Bridge station - revealed!

Network Rail kindly showed me around the station enlargement works during December 2017 - just before Christmas. The station is set to open further on 2nd Jan, with more bits in the following weeks. This was intended as a live Periscope - so the production values are somewhat lacking in this. Thanks to Chris Denham, Frank, Costain, Thameslink and the Network Rail team. #BritainRunsOnRail. (The architect of the station - we couldn't recall it in the broadcast - is of course Grimshaw)

London Bridge is effectively a cold wind tunnel. Freezing!!

There are no solar panels on he roofs and no meeting points. No art, so little colors. Looks rather grey. London is still not car free.
