Zndrsplt and Okaun Commander Deck Tech

Zndrsplt and Okaun are our new coin-flip commanders! I didn't know what I was missing until these two arrived and now I'm itching to sow some chaos and flip some coins. But I have to pause and caution my viewers about building a deck that only has a 50/50 chance of working at all.
