Kudos to you Pip. I was trying to find info on how these work and you have it all here. Thank you for the explanation, the demo and the tour of your boat. Awesome.
Every time I watch one of your very informative videos my admiration for what you have to do to sail one of these amazing boats grows. Great stuff Pip. More soon please. 👍
Great video. Full of actual content, and great insight into the nut and bolts of these amazing boats. I follow some of your competitors UA-cam’s, but you way ahead of them for quality 👏
Great video. You've made numerous comments in the past about how complex it is to sail this boat competitively and now we can actually envisage it! Thank you!
As a Sailor who owns a 1987 ex-BOC single-handed division 2 masthead cutter. I'm very pleased you're taking the mystery on these new Imoca generation boats. I'm interested to know how you are able to make a headsail change if you need to what is the mechanical aid how does it work? Also very interested in your navigation setup hope one day you have time to give a detailed tour. Keep up the good work, I'm a 100% supporter of your campaign. John SV. Skoiern IV .
Thanks for the amazing insights. A bit more complex than before. I know you'll prepare for disaster and hopefully you'll be ok. Can't wait to see the larger foils. I'm guessing they will l lift Medallia.
Wow.. Question, have to think, the seas, the size of oncoming waves, makes a big difference, is there a point where the bow can not overtake the wave height and you can't ride out of the water?
