I bought land 7years ago from one nuisance developer in Lekki, the land is still filled with bushes despite all the promises he made. He said that we were to build our properties 7 years after and the land is still the same price!!!!! What a mess! Thank God for Eden Oasis and other genuine ones I found. He is still there expanding !!!!!!!! Imagine !!!!!!!

They sell off-plan. They sell the plan of the estate. So if u want to buy a three bed room house from them, they show u the animated picture of how the house will be. So when u make payment, they use your money to build the it according to the picture. Off- plan properties are very cheap than already built house. The house are usually delivered to the buyer between 6-9 months
@@KingNomad I work for a real estate company as an agent in Ghana. Most clients buy off-plan properties because it is cheap and sell after its completion for about 2 times. Nigeria real estate market is booming like a gold mine
